Today I have three Christmas in July 2023 Winter DIY craft ideas for you. These are easy, budget friendly, and are in a unique whimsy rustic farmhouse style. I hope you enjoy these handmade decorations! Homemade crafts are the best for DIY gifts, or crafts to make and sell on etsy or craft fairs (these ideas would sell well)
You can use similar dollar tree supplies, I've used poundland (pound shop) and home bargains supplies to make my decor as well as thrifted items.
I'll show you how to take a thrift find jar and transform it into a beautiful arrangement with pine cones and greenery. We also use pine cones as miniature Christmas trees decorated with fake / faux snow and red berries. My favourite craft for today is the deep shadow box frame! It features fairy LED lights coming out the background where stars are placed, natural branches, a stag / deer and it's a very cute, magical, whimsical decor piece.

I love the pine cone/wood slice trees (wouldn't it be fun to make a whole little forest of them?) I have to say, though, that the shadow box was my favorite. For some reason, I'm always fascinated by things that look like they contain a little world of their own--like shadow boxes, fairy gardens, etc. They just have a little bit of magic!

I love that you use things from nature. The box frame with the fairy lights is my favorite. The stars in the background make them appear as s truly starty noght. I live in the country and there sre 20 acres behind my tiny cottage. Ive been given permission to forage anything i want. I just picked a big bag full of pine cones. I also picked some beautiful pieces of birch wood bark from fallen trees. I have plans to make dome Christmas decor with them. I love how you styled your pinecones.

Hi lovely girl. Christmas in July… Interesting. I loved all three, and as usual, each came out tasteful ,so beautiful., and very natural. It’s interesting how the fairy lights can be seen behind the paper that you use with the stars. I guess when you turn the light off that’s how it goes? I forgot to comment on your other videos, the last two.. I’m sorry, sweetheart. Still trying to recover from the surgery. But I want to say that those creations as well came out lovely. You’re talented, creative, know how to make simple seem profoundly special.,
