Power outage in Downtown Honolulu impacting several state buildings, hundreds of people

Crews are working to restore power after in Downtown Honolulu after a number of electrical outages left hundreds of customers without power and several state office buildings in the dark.

Yeeeep ! And they will cry next week that they need to raise the electric rates high to pay for all the repairs needed…..
So what about all the repairs they were supposed to do over the last 30 years and upkeep maintenance ?????
