Kenneth if there a volume control in the app? In the English version for the TI XS the volume is set at 83% but you can increase it to 100%. Can you do thay with the Chinese version?
Thank you so much for that video Ken, I've just changed from the TI XS to the T1 Pro and wow what a difference. The T1 Pro are the first earbuds I've owned that actually stay in my ears without needing to force them in. The sound is so much more detailed and transparent than anything I've had before and the sound stage is excellent. Your video was really helpful in understanding the app which is basically the same as the English app but in Chinese. Thanks again and stay safe ☺️

Kenneth, Fiil+ Global Edition app now has English setting for T1 Lite, CC2, XS and X but no PRO..duh. I hv my T1 lite Eq set to treble which does seem to sound best at least for me. Honestly i am liking this over my T2. And thanks for the review , always looking fwd to your reviews 👍
Hey, would you know why my T1 Pros keep on resetting the settings after I put them in the case? Every time I take them out I need to reset bluetooth because it won't connect automatically. And then I need to adjust the settings back every time. It's getting really annoying and makes these things suck. This stuff never happened with my T1X's

Hello, I'm using iOS and seems like I cannot find a way to download FIIL app from the Chinese app store. So, I wonder if I use my brother phone which an android to download the FIIL app and change the setting like you show in the video, will it still save the setting that I change in android phone when I am using it with my iOS phone without I ever need to use the app again?

Hey Kenneth, I know I’m commenting on an old video but I’m praying you can see this 😭 recently bought a Fiil CC nano on shopee, and I’m a little skeptical about it for a few reasons. But I wanted to test it out on the Fiil app global edition (using ios) and the earbuds are no longer supported by that app. Wanted to key in the serial number as well as customize the earbuds. Apparently I need to use the Chinese app even now. You mentioned something about making a Chinese Apple ID, but I was wondering if you knew other ways to go about that. Appreciate your help!!
Hey man, sorry I couldn’t help much but you need a Chinese payment method to make a CN apple id, you can try to download the CN APK on Android tho, maybe borrow someone’s android for a bit I’ll try to check the CC nano if the app support got cut now…

Do the changes you make in the app stay with the earbuds even if you close or uninstall the app, or does the app need to be active for it to apply the changes?
i just fixed my left earbud. i used my charger cord. rip it out and powered my left earbud charging dock with the negative and positive of the charger cord
This is incredibly helpful - or at least, would be if I had been able to download the iOS app. I scanned the QR code, it took me to the Chinese site for downloading iOS or Android, clicked iOS and got "Not Available in your region" message. Then tried multiple locations via NordVPN (Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia - China not available) and always got the same message :-( Kenneth, any ideas? Or does anyone?

Hi Ken! New subscriber here.. i just bought fiil t1 pro and it's awesome. The only issue i have with it is that the touch sensors react to fabrics and the left bud usually turns off by accident when im usinh it while lying in bed. Is there a way to disable the controls??
Hey Kenneth, you seem pretty good with replies and I've been out of luck everywhere else. My T1pros just bricked on me, after just 2 months. I set them down on the table (out of the case) and BOTH of the buds just stopped working completely when I picked them up again. It feels like a software malfunction, because they both went completely dead at the same time. Even weirder, the charger notices and seems to charge them. Just no lights on the buds, no way to turn them back on. Any troubleshooting tips? I'm also in Thailand so I haven't gotten any responses from the reseller or Fiil :/

This is a great guide, but why doesn't Fiil just update the global (English) app? T1 Pro has started to appear in my local Lazada and Shopee since last month, but Fill can't be bothered to update the app. I've wanted to buy the T1XS earlier this year, but sellers don't even tell you that the voice prompts are in Chinese. Buyers are getting surprised that the earbuds they got speaks Chinese. It's like tossing a coin when you buy one. I'm just about done with Fiil after seeing this guide. I mean its a great public service for those who don't mind, but I rather call out Fiil for not updating the app. Too bad the alternative has its own problems. I can't even buy the Soundpeats H1. If these 2 brands are trying to create a buzz before the actual release, its not working for me. ;-)

I should acknowledge that this channel is one of my top 2 references for wireless earbuds. Eventually Fiil will update the app like they did with the T1XS, and eventually the H1 will be widely available. My rant was based on wanting them both.

There won't be an English version of the FIIL T1 Pro, they have brought out the Earfun Free Pro which is the English version.

Unfortunately you need to make an Apple ID in the Chinese region, and I don't know if VPN could help 🥺 try google it around!

How to connect app
I downloaded the Chinese app. It works fine but after a couple of days it seems to automatically update and when I want to use it again it's all in english and does not work anymore.
Anyone has the same problem?

@@THEKECHEXPERIENCE go into your Play Store settings and tell it not to update the app automatically. Mine was doing this as well.
