When you're staying in a giant fridge, you're usually good to go with perishable food. The heat from cooking will take care of any nasties, just a case of using our senses, just like we have for thousands of years. Spent the weekend in my campervan at a couple of spots that you have been to in the peak district. Whole night on my own with my dogs. Both spots. Loved it. You inspired me. So thank you brother. Feel much better for it👊💜👊

Another Brill Vid 👌I spent many years exploring the Scottish Highlands, So far I've walked climbed in all every place you've been. Thanks for bringing back brill memories. You've been to the second highest waterfall in the UK, now you have do do the highest waterfall, Eas a' Chual Aluinn, 638ft, not far from Kylesku. You thought Skye's landscape was unique wait till you get up to Sutherland. I done the Eas a' Chual Aluinn walk, around 8 times. Some Info. We found a way down to the bottom of the fall after a bit of a recce. Follow the normal recognised route from the road. When you crossed the top of the falls, keep walking along the edge for around 300yds. The edge becomes much less steeper. What we found was a maze of deer and sheep trods eventually leading all the way down to the bottom, BTW A must climb in that area is Stac Pollaidh. Only 2000ft but set in a spectacular surroundings. I've done over 200 munros., and done 5 best ridges, including the Full traverse of the Cullin Ridge. That said Stac Pollaidh is still my fav mountain. 🥰 "U Know, U Know" 😊

Before you add the sauce just add some water not a lot - shotglass stylee (you can always add a splash more). It'll thin the sauce so it covers everything and will also help cook the rice. As you stir the water will evaporate leaving everything cooked. 😊
Also, turn the gas down a bit when adding the sauce and rice. 👍
We drove right up so the Mrs didn't have far to walk but the trial towards the end she fund difficult.. Dogs and my self loved it.. In the summer when everything is green it looks amazing

Also carrying a knee injury here, use the week or so off to let it heal. Personally Adam I think you should stay nearer home, you should look at Ireland or even some of the Scottish Islands. I think that's what people want to see? Stay UK for a year or two, let the funds build up, get the best crib you can and see what happens. Enjoying your content, keep it up mate.

Steall waterfall is a great place to do a wildcamp. Best in the winter as in summer it's midge hell.

Lol aww I went over that wire bridge when I was 14 no probs! but fair play with all your injuries. My little bro 2 years younger tried but he was just a little too short at the time. That bit off onto the rock I found the worst. It is a stunning area.

Lol, Glen Nevis....been there so many times over the years, wild camping by the river. I feel in once off the wire bridge, in a kilt. never been in the bothy though, you need a key. You can cross the river further around and don't need to cross the bridge again. Years ago a wee lassie fell down the falls and sadly died. She was walking above with her Dad. sad situation, but the hills have to be respected at all times. I'm from Oban, but Fort William is my favourite place back home in the Highlands.

What a stunning waterfall I've been to that years ago but in summer but it wasn't as spectacular as that. The drone footage was brilliant flying over the waterfall, that valley would make a great place for a wild camp in summer. I wasn't as brave as you and didn't cross the three wire bridge, wow that took some nerve to cross that it's higher up than it looks.
Your certainly found a stealthy car camp at the end of this one, what a fantastic location and with a phone signal that's crazy a phone signal in the middle of no where fantastic. Enjoy the week and stay stealthy. 👍

Get a noco gb40 amazon . I got one after RAC left me for four and half hours in pitch black . The break down lad from egertons told me about it and boy he was right .saved 2 old women with flat battery

For £70 you can buy a split charge system for a leisure battery, just find a spot for the leisure battery, hook up the twin charge system and run all your appliances from the separate battery. You'll never drain the car battery 👍

did near 1000 miles, not that much on fuel tbf 180 to 200 but when u think there and back cost 160, 20 to 40 for 2 weeks around the area was ok with food and bits about a £300 trip oh wait 3 days of snowboarding prob cost me another 100

possibly should sometimes some people dont like to be too well known but to be honest there were fantastically amazing people and i wish i had to be fair, wouldnt have known of the huge watfall i visited on this trip without them also

Travelling across the world when ppl are suffering the cost of living crisis is a very bad move imo. My phone takes 2 sims buddy, ee is way better coverage but I have virgin as backup as it runs on a separate network to ee so I've nearly always got some cover ... nearly always lol

Heya Adam, I had a pain in the rib cage area also and it was so annoying when living out of my home on wheels, hurt every time I was getting out of bed etc., went to the doctor and he prescribed Ibuprofen tablets 400mg one tablet three times a day and bingo it went, turns out it was muscular and that's all it needed some pain reliever, who would've thought, had it for weeks/months the first time, didn't do anything about it, this time I'd had enough and that's all it took, you can buy ibuprofen in 200mg tablets, I buy those now anytime it happens and have two at a time...lol...not sure if this will help you, but it's cheap and easy, you never know.
yeh i bit the bullet and went to see the doc, he said the same, some paras and ibuprofen, seems to have helped a bit and after near 2 weeks i can feel it getting better, feels like its drained me a bit though, need to get out and push myself again
@@wanderingwhere That's good to hear, I was so over the moon when mine started getting better, I put up with that shit for months...lol...don't push yourself too much, take care of your knee, I have a bung knee from the Air Force rookie training back in 2007 and it flared up when I did a 30km hike in the patagonia in 2019 and it was killing me for at least the last 5km downhill at the end, then I missed out on hiking the 3 towers due to it, but I had so much fun on the 30km hike I was on with all the 3x other YHA people that were in my mixed dorm room I met that came with me...things happen for a reason...
oh wow patagonia phew one of my top 10 want to go destinations ... im rocking a few old skool injuries got a vertibrate out in my back from trying to learn front flips on a snowboard back in my 20's ... this one been bugging me though be nice when i gets back to normal

That's no good, it's definitely not good being sick/injured, it can stop you from enjoying everything to its fullest, that's for sure, got to make the most of the life we have while we can, you never know when you won't be able to, if you know what I mean...and you're definitely doing that, I'm with you, I'm building out my Kia Carnival mini-van home on wheels as we speak, planning on heading all around Western Australia in April when she's ready.
