- Beautiful weather and beautiful finds - all with the XP Deus Metal Detector and one experienced user! But I didn't find the 19thC Gold coin so definitely not that experienced!!!
And I started this channel so I could show shorter, snappier films including ones about cleaning and restoration of Metal Detecting Finds as well as Research etc.

Your friend found a wonderful gold. I wish it was at least windy here. Friday it will ramp up to 90, then storms come in that night. Looking forward to it. Went plant shopping today and the heat with humidity really got me. Now I need to plant what I got. Yikes!

I think we all have those kind of days Alexander, it’s one of the wonderful things about the hobby,the way you can be in a daydream one minute and then brought out of it by a signal.
I enjoy it as much as an action packed hunt and take what comes.

I do envy the things you find Alex. Canada doesn't have that kind of history in metal artifacts. We shine in fossils - Cambrian, dinos, that sort of thing. Location, location, location, as they say. And, you keep at it; patience & persistence almost always pays off. The nice thing is you found evidence of habitation, so who knows what'll show up next. Congrats to your friend on finding that gold coin. Another enjoyable vid. Thanks.
