Thanks again for stopping by!
I am almost 100% sure they will give us Colossal squig. Also lets be done with Goblin Lords. We already got 2 DLC ones. We dont need more. I want a new Orc lord
...But...but Forest Goblin Lord with a bow!
Could not agree more. I like greenskins But i hate goblins with a burning passion. Just give us Gorbad!
Gobbo's will stab
Yeah. I love goblins, but the orcs really need some love
ORCS ORCS ORCS ORCS ORCS
I’ve wanted Gorbad Ironclaw for so long. I love Grimgor like any proppa lad does but he kinda does his own thing and doesn’t care that much for really planning, but the idea of having a Greenskin like Gorbad that actually plans and thinks would make me much happier as I find and beat down (confederate) other LLs for a truly massive worldwide WAAAGH!!! just feels so much more accurate to do. I’m so hyped lol
If it’s Gorbad he needs to actually be big. Troll sized. Warhammer games so often don’t capture the size of even regular Warbosses. Both Fantasy and 40K!
@@jiado6893 I noticed that as well lol the Orc warbosses are maybe a little taller than an empire counterpart but mainly jus wider which makes no sense at all for a Warboss of all things
14:50 Theres no Swarmtech, its just something madeup by a community manager in err, which they later back tracked on. Nurglings are mechanically identical to any other unit, just with more effort put into their animations.
I always hoped they would make Karak-Eight-Peek a uniqe settlement that was divided into three layers so to speak. So one could have more of an internal struggle going on there and where it was very tricky to retain hold of all of it.
I been saying this same thing for a while. Make it a mini campaign
actually make akarak eight peaks a broken settlement like insane income and whatnot but very hard to hold
I love this idea, make it take three separate battles to conquer it, and units that escape from one of the battles can retreat to another level their faction controls
Next ogres and we need yetis with frost bite
I would personally like to see ghark ironskin as he’s an ogre who specialises in heavy armour just because heavily armoured ogres seem very cool to me.
@@aaronlove3102 Same but all the Golgfag leaks and models has me worried it's him. Imagine Ghark with some Chaos Dawi armament system.
No that’s probablt for the next 3 ogre DLC’s
And Thundertusks. Not to mention mounts for Ogre characters. They got access to all of them in TOW...though I'd find it weird for any of them to ride a Stonehorn apart the Hunter.
Nah man stop with the gobbos lords ! Give me at least one Orc LL with nice mechanics. Besides a goblin fighting an Ogre and Khorne LL doesn't macht well with the theme. We need someone to do some KRUMPIN !
Yes! No more Goblin lords
Yeah I'm tired of goblins. We need more Orc Lords.
GOBBOS RULE!
GOOOBBBBOOOOOS
THIS!!! I love Skarsnik to death, but the past two DLCs have been gobbos. The gobbos are extremely cost effective. It's time for the big guys to get some love. We need an Orc LL.
They definitely couldn't just scale up a Squig to make a Colossal Squig. They probably could reuse the skeleton but the actual animations would need to be redone. Otherwise a Colossal Squig will zoom way to fast and all thpse twitchy jumping animations will rocket the Colossal Squig across the map. If anyone remembers the teleporting dogs in Dark Souls 3, this was caused by the devs upscaling the small dogs. This meant they covered more ground with the same animations, hence increased speed, which caused the unaltered animations to move to fast for the game to properly render it in our field of vision
The colossal squig has jiggle and has to contend with its own weight so it's not just some random squid it's the big boy
Me: I don't care much for the Greenskins, I mean I did enjoy two playthroughs -
* Sees Colossal Squig*
Me: Yep I'm buying.
I personally don't like playing greenskin but they are often my favorite enemy to face!
Greenskins always winning, man.
Same favorite enemy they go into the boiling pot nicely though skaven are a close second
Same here
I agree. They really tough to go against which I like. But I never play them
Classic Orcs/Orks. Always fun to play against.
I just want to finish the savage roster. But I'll take whatever I can get IF I get a colossal squig.
I think we should drop the idea that the 100th lord will be anything special.
Its gonna be Thanquol or Nagash. With Thanquol id imagine we also get Screech Verminking as a legendary hero, along with the other named Verminlords.
Why?
Thanquol of Nagash indeed.
Those are the two biggest names that are missing, right?
Its going to be the Black Gobbo
@@lauera9482because if this DLC has a FLC it will include Lord 100.
some more things that could also be added:
-Gigantic spiders. Think Arachnarok spider but more tomb scorpion sized and faster. Also a mount option for Forest gobbo characters.
-Arachnarok spider with flinger. An Arachnarok spider with a catapult on its back that fires web bags filled with baby spiders. Would make for a fun artillery monster.
-Forest Goblin infantry. Similar to night goblins but likely with woodsman and warpaint (aka physical resistance).
Azhag would be super cool with a Geo-mantic Web mechanic - reclaiming 'holy' orc lands in savage tide. Leaving totems that yield buffs. The spear chucker I think is actually the most needed. There's so many giant units now every factions needs a very long range anti-large.
And in your missing Greenskins video you said Gobbing Squigs aren't needed. That is factually wrong. That piece of glory is definitely needed.
The goblin spearthrower is actually a lot more useful than it might appear on paper - I did an orc campaign with that unit modded in, and simply having cheap, easily available arty to force the enemy to move off defensive positions is hugely useful.
Borgut Facebeater would be a better LH for a Black/Savage Orc focused DLC.
I hope that there will be some more varierity in the greenskin tech tree that each factions has a unique line to research and develop into. Its quite boring of researching the same tech over and over for the different faction leader you play as. Furthermore Azhog crown of sorcery needs some buffs or something more then just access to death magic. Since you already can get death magic now with the troll hags so its quite redundant. He is also suprisingly quite sqishy as a orc warboss and as a legendary warboss.... So something more powerful for having the crown of sorcery compare to the Nemisis crown that outsmacks the legendary nagash item (crown of sorcercy hard....
WAAGH! GreenSkins need:
- Get rid of Gold, make their currency Teeth, Skulls, or Bodies.
- like to see more connecting with being a fungus mushroom race
- like to see more infighting(control loss) if there is no Lord in the Area
- make Greenskins more of a Wave that struggle to keep old territory, turning territory into wastes
- weapon swap for Black Orcs
- add a lot of variants more goblins, more ocrs, more trolls, more monsters!
That would be more more lore accurate but would significantly weaken them. I don’t want to see a rework they just need units.
I really don't want them to become a public order manager. If that was implemented then they may as well become a horde and greenskins do settle in lands.
Aren't TEEF more of a 40K thing?
@@HiddenEvilStudios So is the fungus thing last time i checked. Pretty sure Fantasy Greenskins are just, normal humanoids. (could be wrong, the lore has changed at least once in the time since i followed it).
I don't know..
I like current Greenskins. Other than some of the older lords needing a new coat of paint, there really isn't a reason to change them. Other than that, yeah new weapons variants would be nice
seeing as the last two dlcs with greenskins had a goblin LL I would be a little mad if we got a third one, give us more orcs. Only 2 ROR are orcs and 8 are goblins. Im feeling very much oversaturated with goblins
You didnt head the leak? This DLC will remove those 2 orc RORs and replace them with 5 goblin RORs
I didn't consider hobgoblins before but this would probably be the most fitting dlc for them considering the other factions. That said greenskins realy need more "reskinned" variations, especially for the savage orcs but also in generell as they are a faction of many races.
I hope it will be Morglum or Gorfang. Snaggla is interesting but I hope he will be the last greenie LL, for the thematic ''brute'' : greenskins vs ogres vs khorne we need an orc not a gobbo.
I think Skulltaker will take the FLC place, so it will probably either Gorfang or Morglum if we don't have a surprise with the 100th lord.
Units : I think GS have a lot of options since they miss a lot of content especially if we talk about weapons diversity or lords. I think greenskins need heavier cav and infantry (black orcs) and of course giant squig and big stabba, savage orcs units are also needed, especially lords.
A savage orc commander would be kinda nice playing Wurzzag. Would be cool to have more than just ur LL buffing savage orcs.
I agree, doesn't feel right having normal orcs leading a savage army. Need a few more savage units and a hero too to go with it
Tbh I think CA aren’t gonna bother trying to do a rework for the greenskins and do it for another faction instead. Whatever faction that is god knows hopefully either norsca or lizard boys, but I can se the greenskins getting some minor tweaks maybe a taurox/skarbrand fighting style for grimgor and maybe the books of nagash for azahg but that’s about it.
Well, seeing that Ogres are also in this DLC, my guess is they are going to have the most of the rework focused on them this time around.
@@MrJk1995 to be perfectly honest there really the only faction in this dlc that needs a rework. Khornes mostly fine, but maybe making skulls more of a important resource could work. Like I saw someone’s comment saying that making skulls currency for higher tier buildings, to me that makes perfect sense on top of that just a couple tweaks here and there and then there mostly fine. There’s not to much you can do with khorne to make them a technically engaging faction, there just greenskins but more killy.
In regards to campaign mechanics Greenskins are fine imo, better than a lot of the other factions (norsca, lizardmen, vampire counts). The old greenskin legendary lords could use some unique mechanics, but thats true for pretty much all of the old lords for all factions. Norsca and vampire counts update requires its own dlc i think since they need more content, but they could do lizardmen in this one since they require less.
Every lords could get a bit of a tweak though. Wouldn't be much work and would help some of them a lot :
- Give grimgor an advanced version of the orc scrap mecanic. with wtronger choices (and maybe 6 choices instead of three for black orcs, to have more custom black orcs as the black orc guy)
- Give azhag a mecanic similar to harkon, where he switches between the orc and nagash. when in orc mode you can recruit wild creature like drycha (keeping the spiders and wolves but changing the bats for boars and the bears for wyverns maybe) and when in nagash mode he has access to raise dead.
- Make skarsnik a real lord with actual mecanics others than malus on malus. Maybe, once he gets karak 8 peaks, his armies can use a goblin version of the menace below skaven mecanic (and let him recruit orcs world wide once he gets karak 8 peaks, the current situation is stupid af)
- Give grom better climates, that's it
- Wurzag is maybe the only one that need actual work to make him more unique, don't know what exactly, but he needs something that makes you interact with gork and mork in some ways.
An interesting albeit slightly left-field suggestion I just saw was what if the Greenskins portion of this DLC is focused on the Hobgoblin Khanate? Since they're unlikely to come in their own race pack this could be an opportunity to give them some representation. Iirc CA did say they were going to expand the map in 6.0, and since none of these factions are really related to Ind or Khuresh that could mean they expand the Eastern Steppes instead...
Im hoping for savage orc stuff. Like how slayers got their shine after last dwarf dlc, savage orcs get a nice boost with 2 or 3 new units and maybe a savage orc generic lord. Love them, but wish they git a few small things, like a great weapon savage or a high tier unbreakable wall, like the reverse of the black orcs, instead of heavy armor tanks they be massive pools if unbreakable hp pools.
I would also like collisal squigs and a new artillery piece maybe.
Giveaway link in description once again thank you to Instant Gaming for the sponsor :)
Give us big boiz and big choppas and big boars to ride
Considering the fate of Savage Orcs in not only AoS but also the Old World ( all and every miniature discontinued, no unit profiles of their own, not a single mention in the lore ) I am moderately worried that we're not gonna get any Savage Orc content anymore. I fear they suffered the same fate as many other aspects of WHFB, that is that GW's brand managers deem them "problematic". I hope that will not extend to TW, but I think the possibility exists.
If Gorfang's implementation would be as a non-horde GS Faction, he'd be my #1 pick.
If not, then Snagla. Forest Goblins are the only GS species without a LL.
Forest goblins are just goblins. Who live in the forest. They don't create their own Waaaghs! anyways, they join other's because they are naturally meek and evasive.
Aside from the main squigs units/species mention there is actually 4 other squigs : gas squid, grass squigs, horned squigs, and spiked squigs. There are also 3 other goblin types, the fire kobold, hill goblin, and goblin troglagob. Though these 7 would be impossible to be added in the upcoming dlc so maybe a future dlc? (Since goblins and squigs do go hand in hand)
Playing Grimgor ATM and the lords and heroes are strong but have very basic skill trees for 50 points, they could have some extra flavour added very easily
Since many of the greenskin units are reused assets I believe we could get everything really.
Cuz as mentioned the unique units are squiggs and the big stikka
LL: Gorbad Ironclaw
LH: Gitilla da Hunter (buffs cavalry units)
L: Savage Orc Great Shaman
H: Savage Orc Big Boss
Units:
Savage Orcs (spears)
Savage Orc Big 'Uns (spears)
Mangler Squigs
Squig Gobba
Colossal Squig
Would Hobgoblin Khanate fall under Greenskins?
yes, they are definitely not Dawi Zharr.
No, they are their own thing just like bretonnia is different to the empire,
@@PoorManatee6197 They are a greenskin subrace.
Hobgoblin Khanate and the eastern steppes would be best for the campaign map and thus the game, while adding a different play style as greenskins are in a good place.
Adding Grand Cathay and doing nothing about those regions sucks.
This would be amazing - you can go cav focussed which very few factions really are, and getting the north east steppes on the map would be a massive upgrade.
I could easily see the LL being moonclaw, and the LH being the black gobbo/goblin. Considering the missing units are so goblin/squig focused. That being said, I think gorbad is maybe the most likely. Gorfang I think could come, but likely more as the FLC lord. Could easily see moonclaw or the black gobbo also being the LH for one of the orcs as well, but gattila makes sense as well.
You could make big stabba's be a 16-32 count anti-large unit in the same vein as skaven warp grinders.
I really don't see what the difficulty is with adding a unit of savage orcs using giant logs with sharps rocks at the end as a cheap anti large unit.
Greenskins are one of my favourite factions and I don't mind if they don't get any rework. But men fuck this forest goblin LL
This DLC is gonna be named "Proppa heavy melee" or riot!😂
They could implement "Big Stabbas" as an ability out of Savage Ork, or Savage Ork Big'uns in the same way Fanatics burst out of Night Goblin Units. Only monsters/monstrous cav/monterous infantry could be targeted.
The Big Stabba would be awesome! It would look and move like that dead knight morale buffer the brets have, and it could function like a bloated corpse geared towards monster killing. It might be super situational, but it'd be really unique, and so fun to butcher a dragon mounted LL by slamming a dozen big stabbas into him
I think they might go for hobgoblins as subfactions....there are already some hobgob units...they can make it sub factions with 10 more units...hobgoblins are more thematic geographically with khorne ogres locations.
Might be crazy but with chaos dwarfs featuring their models, the greenskin DLC could be fully centred around hobgoblins 🤔
Forest Goblins would work well, there are a few greenskin tribes which are clearly intended to be forest gobbos, give them gigantic spiders (between arachnaroks and giant spider mounts and a legendary lord and its the last sub-group of greenskins thats not yet covered (night goblins, forest goblins, normal goblins, normal orcs, savage orcs and black orcs being the key groups)
Also second the Bolt Thrower, dedicated anti-large artillery for the orcs is a niche
For me the ideal reowrk/dlc should be a champions of chaos style dlc so you can have the basic units as orc and goblins and them convert them in custom battle in savage orcs, night goblins and silvan goblins for a price, while in campaign you can recruit any or other unit climatewise. Black orcs also should have the option to switch between great weapon, dual weapon and hand weapon and shield, as it is his rule in tabletop, and what makes them so powerfull, because despite not being the best unit 1vs1 they were the most versatile elite of all.
I’d like to see Grumlock and Gazbag as the lord option but no idea how possible that is considering I only ever saw them in age of reckoning.
Next DLC after this better be high elves, dark elves and slaanesh
Squigs squigs and more squigs and a legendary squig lord
More bomb squigs 😁 I wanna be able to direct recruit em not just get one from a WAAAGH victory
Big Stabba' but they can only attack once and after that they just fight like average savage orks
I'd love to get an Orc LL that focuses on their Cavalry units (Think Oglok the 'Orrible from the tech tree, but better.) Someone that buffs the Boar riders maybe big monsters/giants/trolls, etc.
Anything that's not just "Big Orc that likes fighting" because we already have that.
If we dont get a spear variant for the orcs maybe have hill goblins with spears and shields but they have anti large compared to normal goblins and overall a bit or alot better for a goblin as they are the biggest goblinoid correct me if i am wrong but they are bigger than hobgoblins not height wise about the same height almost or as tall as humans butt brawnier then hobgoblins and they fit better than any other goblin unit as they are bigger and stronger. it would fit the theme of the dlc and would be a good cheaper anti large option for greenskin in early to middle of a campaign. just an idea if they are going to have a goblin unit rather then snotling horde or forest goblins already have spider riders fits the theme better once again but if it is only going to be orcs and squig thats fine as well.
Squig units are awesome
I'm excited but I just want a lizard rework. Idc about lords but they just feel so bad 😢
My bet is Hobgoblins
Guys don't get the elden ring dlc with instant gaming. The devs dont see a dime of the money you spend.
Greenskin have 2 named characters in their techtree, personallly, I´d rather have them being LLs, one of them buffs cav (not 100% sure) but the other one actually buffs spider units and is a goblin, which could hint to the first guy he mentioned.
In addtion since they split the DLCs they could actually make a bigger orc package with a higher price and 2 basic dlcs with the known content and pricing from thrones of decay.
I´d like to have the explosive squigs reworked, they do basicly no damage would be cooler if they would be more similar to exploding corps from vampire coast.
I hope Grimgor and Azhag gets the Karl and Gelt treatment. I still love playing Azhag campaigns especially with SFO but I do hope they get some uppgrades. I think the new LL will be a Hobgoblin Khanate kind of thing and with that we get the Shaman lords. It would synergize well with the relations to chaos dwarfs and not so friendly relations to other greenskins. It also offers I think the most value right now to fill out the greenskin stuff with an interesting faction.
16:03 Every race in ToD got 5 units, but Nurgle got two variants of Plague Ogres so I suppose that's technically 6 for him.
Either way GIVE US BIG STABBAS!
Please no, greenskins already have enough useless units.
@@Fastwinstondoomi don't think they'd be useless at all. Greenskins lack a dedicated Anti-large infantry option. Big'uns kinda count but they have only 8 BvL and are really more of a generalist unit
Bug Stabba sounds like it would work like the warp grinders
I think after the O&G old world release the bone grinder giant is a contender for big units for the orcs
Tbh one day I would like to see goblin unit in heavy armour with two handed weapons being like little black orcs obviously worse in meele but maybe with same armor
I feel so sorry for the Vamps. They've had what, 1 DLC, ever? I'm a Greenskin fan, but even I concede that the Vamps deserve something over us. Here's hoping!
1 DLC and it was GHORST 😂
I wonder if they will ever get around to sorting out Vampire Counts?
Ever since I first laid eyes on a squig, I wanted to adopt all of them. They are the most adorable homicidal monstrosity I have ever seen.
Theoretically we could also get weirdo shit like Goblin Variants (Sea Goblins, Fire Kobolds, Hill Goblins, etc.) and Troll Variants (Lava Trolls, which the Chaos Dwarfs could crib.).
What if the green skin character is hobgoblin khanate
Vampire Counts need some love! Please!!!
One thing I hope they change is how Waaagh! armies work. The AI actually needs to pursue their Waaagh! target instead of just getting the armies and fucking off. They should make it so unless you are inside friendly territory, or the territory of the faction you declare a Waaagh! on, then your secondary army takes massive attrition per turn, to represent that "da boss ain't takin' us were 'e said we wuz goin"
20:50 if the end times dlc is still an actual thing, I could see the Hobgoblin Khanate being a single lord added to the greenskins acting as a subfaction.
Factions like the tomb kings that could get one or two missing units like beastmen with the Preyton would benefit from that dlc
hoping we get a generic black orc warboss!
they COULD have a Spider Goblin LL with several squig units. It would be a little bit weird, but not the weirdest themeing they've done.
The DLC should fill in one gaping hole in the Warhammer Total War universe: a light calvary (not-Mongol) focused faction. This would be the Hobgoblins as a distinct faction. A Great Khan of the Hobgoblins should ride forth!
I’m so annoyed that CA took the easy option on there design for the Hobgoblins. There physique is all wrong. They’re basically just upscaled Night Goblins rather than looking like their own race.
Snottling Swarms and Goblin Spear Chukka. That's what I really want to see in this. Also, Orc Boys with Spears and a heavier version of the Boar Boys? If I were to guess it'll be Gorbad Ironclaw. Its the biggest legendary lord we haven't gotten yet. Theoretically he rampaged more than a hundred years ago or so, but so did Grom the Paunch. And we got Grom. If it is Gorbad Ironclaw I actually doubt we will see many Squigs, since that's not really Gorbad's thing. Might see the Giant Squig since it is a living battering ram.
GSs are still missing 15 of their armybook generic characters:
Orc Warboss
Orc Great Shaman
Black Orc Warboss
Savage Orc Warboss
Savage Orc Great Shaman
Savage Orc Big Boss
Savage Orc Shaman
Goblin Great Shaman
Goblin Big Boss
Night Goblin Warboss
Night Goblin Shaman
Forest Goblin Warboss
Forest Goblin Great Shaman
Forest Goblin Big Boss
Forest Goblin Shaman
They're missing so many, CA should just start including an FLC generic GS character and an FLC Empire Wizard Lord alongside each DLC.
I still think a perfect world for Greenskins splits them into 6 subfactions, or subgroupings like Daniel's version of the 4 chaos gods as settlement choices, to have all the variants without exploding the buildable options in each settlement.
Here’s my argument for the hobgoblin Kahn. They could be get diplomatic relations with the chawrfs as well as add a little more to that side of the map while giving them opportunities to tie on flc Cathay.
I feel like if CA does do another FLC-Race it would be Southern Realms, no? That would be mostly unit re-skins anyhow.
Here’s my argument for the hobgoblin Kahn. They could be get diplomatic relations with the chawrfs as well as add a little more to that side of the map while giving them opportunities to tie on flc cathay
The Ogres need a Fire Belly Legendary Lord and unique Firemouth lore of magic.
If not existing in games Workshop lore, invent it!!
hope it will be the Hobgoblins
Been saying this for awhile, if CA wants to make an amazing game of the year dlc than look no further than the forest goblin spider riders. Playing a guerrilla underdog faction where your essentially the good guys defending the forest from the empire like native Americans vs the settlers. That would be amazing and such a success. Also manglers is obvious we need
where is the Instant gaming link? I can't seem to find it :)Any help is greatly appreciated
In the description :) at the start
Ah, thank you
I strongly believe We WON'T GET free legendary lord this time. It would be the 100th legendary lord. The only other 2 options is 100th legendary lord being for Khorne/Ogres/Greenskins or 2 FLC LL at the same time so ... 3 DLC lords, 100th special FLC lord and 101st FLC LL lord for Khorne/Ogres/Greenskins.
As much as people say they want a complete tabletop roster, I think for Greenskins currently that would feel very shallow for a full DLC.
For example, if you were to add an Orc Great Shaman & all varieties of Boyz & Big 'Uns then you're filling out what's missing in the roster, but you aren't really adding anything new or interesting that change how Greenskins play (also Great Bray Shaman are FLC, as a DLC lord it's pretty shallow unless they get some crazy mount option, like a Rogue Idol).
IMO Lord choice should be Black Orc Big Boss - give him no mount options and instead some kind of aura mechanic that buffs your frontline. Then you have 3 varied lord choices - A Warboss w/ potential flying mounts, a caster lord, & a foot lord who supports your frontline.
I would like to the new Greenskin LL be in the Cathay region. We need more enemies over there, even if it is not lore accurate; I could see them doing a "X" is visiting/searching on this side of the world.
We have 1 black orc, 1 greenskin, 1 goblin, 1 night goblin, 1 savage orc as LLs, we could really use another greenskin lord for the GREENSKINS... Please for the love of god be Gorbad or Gorfang.
I will say this on every video speculation about the Greenskins. There is no way the ballista style weapon for the Greenskins can or should get in under its current name. The name was deliberately racist in the edgy boundary pushing way GW loved to be back in the 80s when they were released. It will either be the Bolt Throwah or the Blistah. GW has moved away from being a racial provocateur and CA wouldn't want that heat either. This shouldn't be news to anyone.
As for my predictions:
Gorfang Rotgut LL
Gitilla LH
Orc Great Shaman Lord
Orc Bigboss Hero
Big Stabba Weapons Team
Colossal Squig
Bolt Throwah
I’m pushing for Gorfang Rotgut - the squatter king of Black Crag. Unit-wise - the Colossal Squig is a must have. For me, generic lords and heros are essential - particularly of the Savage Orc variety so I can run a proper Wurzag campaign. Wouldn’t mind a BOrc shield variant too. I think Gitilla is likely as a LH.
Luv me green boys, more squigs would be nice. And maybe some orc variants, choppa and shield black orks would be welcome. Spear chuckers maybe...but if the dawi bolt throwers are anything to go by they'll be too useless to be picked in sp OR mp even as a tier 2 artillery. Snotlings though? I'd really prefer to NOT have tier 0 units in a paid dlc pack, thanks.
I appreciate the passion and knowledge, but there seems to be a fixation that the 100th legendary lord needs to be something special. I just want constant and consistent improvements like we've finally been getting lately. If Lords of Decay is the new normal for sweeping game improvements, I'm all in on Total Warhammer 3.
After the Nosedive from the design changes during the transition from Warhammer 2 to Warhammer 3, I had lost hope for a while.
I hope the Greenskins get lots of love and some awesome new mechanics that make each lord feel unique, like how the Empire has gotten.
Gorkspeed, BOYZ.
Can we speculate about the Neferata DLC that's coming... It's coming right? Right...
The spider rider goblin should sit in Nagarond, we need american natives faction there
I want explosive squigs
Forest goblins would be good. Be fun to have the Black Orc Chariots from TOW. Squig and snotling stuff is fun. Really hoping we get the Vamps we need next. Snotling Shaman for the lols?
Given the Ogre Lord is likely Golgfag, maybe would be nice to get Rudlug's armoured orcs. I hope it's Gorbad tbh. Savage Orc Lords and Shaman Lords would be good, and really should have been added with Whurzag. I really want big stabbaz, I was never too keen on the big squig moddels but they are probably the best bet for a centrepiece.
I hope they rework “Waaaagh” to be better units -> only for LegendaryLords.
It’s so bs when you can just make a hundred small armies and get 2x size in 3 turns. Also AI always spam a ton of small armies…
I hope they tutch up each lord so they feel more unique. Aka not the same campaign in different locations.
I think spear chuggaz and snotlings are a given, but aside from that? Can't really call it. I'd love Rotgut and Gorbad, but the "historical" area they are in is already too crowded imho. I think they should maybe just flesh out the existing lords and their subcultures tbh. Add the variants and MP stuff. Give Grimgor Gorbut Facebeater and leave it at that.
As a Night Goblin player and having a night goblin army myself i'd be so elated if we got more squigs
I'd be happy if we got gobba and or collosal squig, they're such unique squigs and mangler squig animations would look crazy
shame neither of the Orc lords ride a squig. Would be a perfect fit for this. I suppose they could get approval for it but my guess in Ironclaw. Col squig, spear chucka, and hand full of the missing variants. not all of them but a good chunk. The 1ooth lord thing is trickey. They cleary have no idea what they doing as they say somthing and do somthing else so it could be 100th is Skulltaker or maybe they just do 3 and say here is thanq or I like your idea of they say no LL here is a bunch or missing lord variants and the 100th lord will be revealed later.
Something i'd also like to see added for the greenskins is Da Immortalz to be either a regiments of renown unit or to be their own unit. Perhaps they could be like the chosen or the aspiring champions for chaos, they'd be big, have unique armor (not just the regular black orc armor) and would be dual wielding choppas. Personally feel like they should be one of or the BEST infantry unit in the game.
Another unit type that i'd like to see are black orc boar boyz and mayby even black orc chariots, which would act as an even heavier cavalry unit in comparison to the big 'un boar boyz. Just think that would be very cool is all
Da Immortulz are already in game as a banner unique to Grimgor. Yeah, they aren't a special RoR unit, but honestly I don't hate it because it at least limits them to Grimgor's own faction. They should be *his* elites, after all. And it's a pretty nasty buff to an already strong unit.
It would be kinda neat if they gave Azhag a mechanic, vaguely like that of Malus Darkblade, that represents the power dynamic between the Orc and the Crown of Sorcery. You know, you influence it by post battle options and faction dilemmas and the likes, and high Crown influence means you get more bonuses involving dark magic, maybe some bound spells and undead units to recruit, and low Crown influence means Azhag gets to be more orcy, and so he gets better in melee combat and his orc units are happier and fight better.
Also, I feel like the Crown itself could do with a rework. It's one of the most infamous and powerful items in the setting and it nearly turned Sigmar Heldenhammer into a thrall with no will of his own at one point, but when you get it in multiplayer, all you get is a bound Gaze of Nagash. I'd personally like it if the Crown had a bit of a double-edged aspect, like when you activate it, you get a fuckton of magic, but it temporarily nukes Azhage combat stats as he's distracted by needing to mentally wrestle with the Crown trying to take over.
