Hello Gracie! It's the Great Salt Lake desert out in the State of Utah. The lake for the most part, has long since dried up and all that is left now, are the salts that accumulated at the bottom of this larger lake, over the eons. They also use this salty surface of this former lake, to race speed-record cars as it is (+/-) several miles long and so, it is long enough to get the cars up to high speeds such as 1126 + km/h, or 700 mph.
