Here is a different way to make electricity anywhere water boils at 30c in a vacuum and returns to liquid at 29c the expansion rates are the same no matter how the water boils. This means in a closed system you can run a steam engine off heat from the sun and endothermic from water sources you could even run an air conditioner use the heat to boil water and the cold to return it to liquid.

уже есть роторные пылеугольной горелки с высокоэффективным измельчителем работающая на кусковом. Помол кускового угля встроен в корпус горелки, такая компоновка позволяет измельчать кусковой уголь с 0-50мм до 0.08-0.030мм в закрытой зоне горелки.
Образовавшееся при измельчении облако пыли угля направляется в спиральный циклон-газификатор угля - это позволяет сжигать углеродную составляющую до 94%.
Такое решение позволило минусы при помоле превратить в плюсы, так как измельчение происходит в замкнутой зоне горелки, исключает проблемы взрывобезопасности: образовавшиеся газы и мелкофракционная пыль не накапливаются.

I run 5 steam boilers and each of them produce approximately 20,000 pounds per hour of steam at 150 psi. The average stack temp is about 500 degrees F before the economizer and about 200 degrees F that actually goes to atmosphere. The fire box usually runs 1500 to 1600 F.
