Few months ago I had a bully that would bully me be every single day. He would get me in trouble and at the time I had no friends. One day he came back and apologized and he hugged me. when I was five, my mother died of cancer, and I wasn't allowed to attend her funeral because my dad didn't want to see me cry. I was a very happy child, and I kept asking my dad, "Daddy, where's mommy?" and he said "Somewhere...somewhere safe" and that was one of the only time I saw him cry, confused I hugged him tight and said "No matter where mommy is she'll always love you, daddy!" and when I was ten, I finally leart why he was crying then. He said the day I hugged him and said that, it reminded him of when he first met my mother she said the same (he had lost his pet cats and his elder brother) now I'm twenty-five, married and has a child, I have no parents anymore, like I said I was five when my mother died but my father died when I was eleven, I didn't know what to do with life then but I found someone who was willing to take me to therapy, I'm much better now but it still hurts. I hope everyone who's been hurt/lost someone loved they heal too, it's a slow process but in the end you're not as heartbroken. ❤

I cried a lot because I had a fav uncle I loved because he helped me through everything, I've been going through but seeing him die because of heart failure made me really upset because he was the only one, I could tell him everything because I had a past trauma and all. Not being able to say goodbye to me also broke my heart ever since then, I cry randomly out of no where.
I lost my maternal grandfather almost 3-4 years ago. But what the interesting part is, the death itself doesn't hurt that much than the face of mother. I still have the image of her face in like a photographic memory. I mean like, that face was the mixture of just pure terror, epitome of depression, brokeness. It felt as if her face was falling off, it literally seemed as if the skin was gonna drip off the skull. Her expressions showed how much she loved champ (grandpa) and how depressed she was at that very moment. The next 2 weeks, she was just questioning her life. One of the most hard times of my life and deep but bitter truth of life. Will never forget that face 😢😢🥺💔💔

Since then I realized that losing someone precious really hurts my heart, but I have to remain strong for the sake of my family who still remains today.

More than half a year ago, my mother adopted a three-month-old garfield cat and i took the responsibility to care for him. I named him Milktea. He's the sweetest and cutest baby ever. He might not look the prettiest but surely the most lovely one. The last time we met was 2 days after adoption. He was took to the vet and found out him having somthing called cat plague. Fatal to babies like him. He was suffering so much we had to euthanize him. I didnt even get to see Milktea one last time. I couldnt even attend to his funeral. I know i have only known him for 2 day but it hurt as bad as losing a close friend. I mean he is or was my friend.. I know probably not much people will read this but fly high Milktea. I am 14 years old. When I was twelve, my childhood bestfriend and one of the most lovely girls in my life passed away in a DUI suicide manslaughter incident with her father. I tried to hang myself that night, but I tied the knot wrong and I fell to the grown, where I cried myself into the next morning. I blamed myself for her death, thinking that I could of somehow saved or protected her better. She was one of the most beautiful and brilliant girls I have ever known- mentally and physically. I lost, i cried because i know how it feels. I lost my grandmother and my brother. They were my closest family. And soon as my grandmother passed, the family became broken and apart. Our family isnt the same now when she passed. When my brother died, my dad is never the same anymore. My dad is extra protective and i always catch him crying. And never once in my life i saw him crying. So i know how it feels.
Even if my parents weren't there for me since birth, im thankful that God gave me friends that i can hold, love and rely on. So imagine losing my friends, hurts me so much.

Two years ago, my grandmother became very ill. She had been battling lung cancer for several years. The last time I visited her, I didn't even know that this was the last time I would be able to see her. I went up to her, she was bedridden and we had a dialogue. I didn't want to show tears and spoke briefly. - When will you be discharged from the hospital, Grandma? - soon..I'm probably going to die.. - Don't say that, I've heard that people get better when they think about recovery. - Okay.. - I love you, Grandma - thanks.. These were the last words I received from her, and two days later she passed away. That day my life changed forever, she replaced my parents, and she gave her last strength to raise me. Now every time I go to her grave, I repeat "I love you, Grandma" And, waiting for an answer, I overturn the tears...
The one with the cat gets me every time, that cat was probally with that man through everything. Pets are the only ones that find you when your crying alone. I had to lose a cat too because we had to leave to another country and coudnt bring her. Shes still alive but i just wanna meet her again. This reminds me of when i lost my grandmother. To me she was the most important person in my life. When she was in her casket i was crying for hours and i wouldnt eat drink or sleep. She was the only reason i went to my grandparent's house. Watching this made me cry so much. Quite recently, my grandfather passed away from intestinal cancer, I was in another country due to martial law (Ukraine) and he once came from there to visit me. Then we took the last photo with him, after which he went back, a couple of days later he died at night in agony. When I woke up, my father told me about this but I didn’t feel anything... but when I saw a photo with my grandfather in the gallery, that’s when it really hurt me... unfortunately I wasn’t at his funeral, I hope that I’ll be able to return someday home and come to my grandfather’s grave...❤😢

A few months ago I had done the dishes by myself and I was really proud of myself. I go into my parents room and they are both crying, even my dad and my heart sank. My great uncle that I had loved my whole life died in his sleep. I had never seen the family so broken before. I remember him taking me to McDonalds after school, him watching me catch minnows, I loved him, and he was always there. Not anymore though. He was even there after two hurricanes hit us and he was with us when we had to evacuate. Love you Uncle Mike. I remember sharing some coffee with my grandpa and we cheered and it was time to go back to Louisiana. Before we left he gave me a box with two metal pieces that chimed. When we left he was sad we were leaving, but extremely happy we came. That would be the last time I would ever see his house and face ever again. He passed away in his sleep due to an undetected brain tumor. I still remember the pebbles and shells I would gift him, the fish pond I would try to catch small fish in, the frogs I would catch.. it’s all gone now. Love you Grandpa Phil.
I was friends with a man who was trying to salvage his life after battling addiction. He was sober except for weed upon occassion, which got him in trouble with his parole officer. He was addicted to the heavy stuff, lost a good number of his teeth. He was going through college to be a teacher, to make an impact on troubled youth. Last i heard was a couple years ago now, he had a beautiful baby boy... It's not my story but his humbles me every time i think of him. He had so many friends that he struggled through addiction with. He was the only survivor of his friend group. He told me he kept all their pictures on his fridge, to which he greets every single day to tell them, "good morning" and "good night". Didnt matter what he was going through. He greeted the photos of his friends who didnt make it. Glad his life was looking up for him. I still hope he's well. Miss you dude.

I cried because I know what it feels like to lose someone you love. Seeing them breakdown as they tried to recreate the picture of their happy memories left me in shambles. when I was five, my mother died of cancer, and I wasn't allowed to attend her funeral because my dad didn't want to see me cry. I was a very happy child, and I kept asking my dad, "Daddy, where's mommy?" and he said "Somewhere...somewhere safe" and that was one of the only time I saw him cry, confused I hugged him tight and said "No matter where mommy is she'll always love you, daddy!" and when I was ten, I finally leart why he was crying then. He said the day I hugged him and said that, it reminded him of when he first met my mother she said the same (he had lost his pet cats and his elder brother) now I'm twenty-five, married and has a child, I have no parents anymore, like I said I was five when my mother died but my father died when I was eleven, I didn't know what to do with life then but I found someone who was willing to take me to therapy, I'm much better now but it still hurts. I hope everyone who's been hurt/lost someone loved they heal too, it's a slow process but in the end you're not as heartbroken. ❤

Mine was my greatgrandpa and greatgrandma for my grandma I found out from my mom texting me that was one of the hardest days of my life I cried all day
I cried a lot because I had a fav uncle I loved because he helped me through everything, I've been going through but seeing him die because of heart failure made me really upset because he was the only one, I could tell him everything because I had a past trauma and all. Not being able to say goodbye to me also broke my heart ever since then, I cry randomly out of no where.
I lost my maternal grandfather almost 3-4 years ago. But what the interesting part is, the death itself doesn't hurt that much than the face of mother. I still have the image of her face in like a photographic memory. I mean like, that face was the mixture of just pure terror, epitome of depression, brokeness. It felt as if her face was falling off, it literally seemed as if the skin was gonna drip off the skull. Her expressions showed how much she loved champ (grandpa) and how depressed she was at that very moment. The next 2 weeks, she was just questioning her life. One of the most hard times of my life and deep but bitter truth of life. Will never forget that face 😢😢🥺💔💔

More than half a year ago, my mother adopted a three-month-old garfield cat and i took the responsibility to care for him. I named him Milktea. He's the sweetest and cutest baby ever. He might not look the prettiest but surely the most lovely one. The last time we met was 2 days after adoption. He was took to the vet and found out him having somthing called cat plague. Fatal to babies like him. He was suffering so much we had to euthanize him.
I didnt even get to see Milktea one last time.
I couldnt even attend to his funeral.

I blamed myself for her death, thinking that I could of somehow saved or protected her better. She was one of the most beautiful and brilliant girls I have ever known- mentally and physically. The one with the cat gets me every time, that cat was probally with that man through everything. Pets are the only ones that find you when your crying alone. I had to lose a cat too because we had to leave to another country and coudnt bring her. Shes still alive but i just wanna meet her again. I lost my grandma last March, we didn't have a chance to properly reconcile before she passed and that haunts me still. Sometimes I can still feel the sensation of her wrinkly arms, deep down I hope she comes back to haunt me but she never comes.

This reminds me of when i lost my grandmother. To me she was the most important person in my life. When she was in her casket i was crying for hours and i wouldnt eat drink or sleep. She was the only reason i went to my grandparent's house. Watching this made me cry so much. But when my grandmother died i was devastated because i wasnt able to dee her when i was 4 she died when i was 7 i think. I hope she is doing alright.

Quite recently, my grandfather passed away from intestinal cancer, I was in another country due to martial law (Ukraine) and he once came from there to visit me. Then we took the last photo with him, after which he went back, a couple of days later he died at night in agony. When I woke up, my father told me about this but I didn’t feel anything... but when I saw a photo with my grandfather in the gallery, that’s when it really hurt me... unfortunately I wasn’t at his funeral, I hope that I’ll be able to return someday home and come to my grandfather’s grave...❤😢

A few months ago I had done the dishes by myself and I was really proud of myself. I go into my parents room and they are both crying, even my dad and my heart sank. My great uncle that I had loved my whole life died in his sleep. I had never seen the family so broken before. I remember him taking me to McDonalds after school, him watching me catch minnows, I loved him, and he was always there. Not anymore though. He was even there after two hurricanes hit us and he was with us when we had to evacuate. Love you Uncle Mike.
I remember sharing some coffee with my grandpa and we cheered and it was time to go back to Louisiana. Before we left he gave me a box with two metal pieces that chimed. When we left he was sad we were leaving, but extremely happy we came. That would be the last time I would ever see his house and face ever again. He passed away in his sleep due to an undetected brain tumor. I still remember the pebbles and shells I would gift him, the fish pond I would try to catch small fish in, the frogs I would catch.. it’s all gone now. Love you Grandpa Phil.

I was friends with a man who was trying to salvage his life after battling addiction. He was sober except for weed upon occassion, which got him in trouble with his parole officer. He was addicted to the heavy stuff, lost a good number of his teeth.
He was going through college to be a teacher, to make an impact on troubled youth. Last i heard was a couple years ago now, he had a beautiful baby boy...
It's not my story but his humbles me every time i think of him. He had so many friends that he struggled through addiction with. He was the only survivor of his friend group. He told me he kept all their pictures on his fridge, to which he greets every single day to tell them, "good morning" and "good night". Didnt matter what he was going through. He greeted the photos of his friends who didnt make it.
Glad his life was looking up for him. I still hope he's well. Miss you dude.
