You'd have to animate it in blender and there are many tutorials out there on youtube on how to do that. After you animate, you should export it as an .obj file in a new folder and then you can import it into element 3d.

if the avatar has layered clothing, that can be the issue as layered clothing messes up the rigging. Hope this helps!
