I just started playing RDR2 and I just knew the voices of Tilly, Mary-Beth, and Karen were voiced by beautiful women. Meeya, Samantha, and Jo did a wonderful job with the voices and they're all fine as hell especially Jo.

Well that was just awesome, just great banter and as usual had me smiling the whole time while wanting to revisit RDR 2 to hang out with Keren. Another great interview Paddy!

I don't believe Karen is dead and this is why 1. All we have to go off is Tilly's theory 2. When she disappears from the camp her Nokota horse "Old Belle" goes with her so she didn't drunkenly stumble out of camp and get captured by Murfrees or Pinkertons, she just left. 3. Rockstar probably left her fate unknown so they had the option to bring her back. If RDR3 is a sequel I bet they would bring her back as an outlaw still because she orchestrated one of the few successful robberies and tricks people with acting and she actually shoots back when the camp is attacked. Gameplay, setting and storywise a sequel would make more sense for RDR3 because the wild west would feel like RDR1 again and a rural/semi-rural 1920s-1930s Bonnie and clyde outlaw era story would be fresh and have more new things to do and also it would bring Jack's story to an end.
First off absolutely fantastic Paddy thoroughly enjoyed that. Was well worth the wait. Also thank you so asking her my question. I gotta say her answer is pretty much exactly what I figured became of Karen also. Yeah Karen was in a bad place towards the end of the game with the gang breaking up but so was everyone else that was part of it. They all dealt with the loss in their own way and hers just happened to be drinking. The thing about Karen though was that not only did she love the other members of the Van Der Linde gang, she also loved the outlaw lifestyle. You could see that in her character the whole way through the game, she was completely at home living under the stars and answering to noone. So while the break up of the gang affected her in a bad way with how much drinking she was doing I always figured that once that gang ended she more than likely went out and found another bunch of outlaws to hang out with. So yeah I fully believe she's out there somewhere still drinking, robbing and just living the outlaw llifestyle. Also the really cool thing about the game not showing where Karen ended up compared to us knowing what became of the others is that we as the fans can decide what became of Karen. Every person can have their own version or idea of what Karens fate was. Yeah some people like to think she's dead but where's the fun in that? So yeah I kinda like that they didn't show what became of her because to me what I said above is my version of where Karen ended up post Van Der Linde gang. Oh and also I love that she did this whole interview from her car in a Target Parking lot lol

Another thing I’ll play through RDR2 again soon and I’ll try to really pay attention to what Karen says to get an idea of what kind of places she likes and what kind of places she doesn’t really dance to much. I know for a fact Karen doesn’t really fancy Saint Denis because of camp dialogue. What I think is that given how Rockstar heavily alludes to Karen might have fallen completely into the bottle but it’s unclear and the letter you can get in game describes that but Tilly who writes the letter also make’s it clear that she isn’t sure and that is what she thinks happened given how Karen was completely falling apart along with the gang but I think Rockstar wants it to be a mystery what happened to her
“If you want to be out there riding with the men, so be it! But we do more than hunting we’re being hunted and them things hunting us, well, they’ve got guns of their own” Arthur to Sadie Adler. This line of dialogue really describes the gang well in how it works everybody is welcome to go out and make money and hunt but they have to be ready to take the risks that comes with it. Another thing is what Arthur can say to Tilly randomly in chapter two if you run into her complaining about something to Abigail which is: “No one is stopping you from going out there to make some money.” This again shows that as long as you do your part in the gang wether it being taking care of things back in camp hunting or plotting and performing jobs to make money you’ll be fine no one will knock you for it

I saw another video about Rockstar only releasing these games after they have already started on the next one and how a prequel to a prequel has never been done before so this is definitely the direction we need to go. I think we should play as Arthur Morgan, Dutch, and Hosea, and then John in the epilogue would be the year he left the game. Maybe then we will get more insite to the relationship Abigail has with Arthur and the rest of the gang. I also believe they may have a female protagonist so Idk how they would do that. Personally I dont want a totally new cast. Just these guys lol

I don't want to be mean, but when the subject is female characters, it seems like their strength is always the main thing that is discussed. There are so many other interesting traits that deserve attention and different kinds of character arc they go through.
No offense taken. I have always said the "strength" of a female character is never of the most importance to me. The realism and believability of a female character however is. Female characters being treated like male characters & having issues & flaws that are more than "why doesn't this boy like me?" always makes me more interested in them.
