Почему скрутка не обжата, не пропаяна? Под нагрузкой в этих местах будет сильный нагрев, проработает не долго. Да и диэлектрическая защита всего из 3-4 витков изоленты, и даже не синей. ЗЫ. Про синюю изоленту шутка
Вот тоже обратил внимание. Пропаивать надо обязательно, иначе пздц будет. В россии на заводах халтурят с электродвигателями, потом эти провода обгорают. Самый опасный это пусковой ток у асинхронных моторов.

It has to be isolated, usually the isolation is a transparent smalt applied to the surface, so it looks like it has none. Without isolation, it becomes a single conductor, like a single wire. And the current will follow the easiest path, so it won't work. Isolation is a must, can be smalt or polymer isolation. So he's fine.
Thats actually very impressive. He should be doing the repairs on the 500hp pump motor a customer has smoked 3 times and keeps sending to the same shop that never gets it right.

Если была повреждёна изоляция провода или место скрутки соединения обмоток то человека который держал насос могло уже не быть. На мокрой земле держа под напряжением двигатель насоса могла наступить смерть! Как знаю заливают масло в обмотки и сальники с керамическим местом трения хорошо держат герметичность.

Is it water that you pour into the windings?,that will not run last long because it will be grounded and eventually burned,,,but if its isulating oil, that would be good,,but again i did never saw a submersible pumps with its windings full of oil,,windings must be completely sealed so water and oil will not penerate inside the windings
I think it's kerosene or some sort. Because I saw the other guy dipped something (a bolt or nut) into the same bucket where it came from, like he was cleaning it.

Here in the United States we just swap things out I never really get the opportunity to do actual repairs like this because there's no time with our quick production runs. For the most part we test if it's good or bad OK it's bad ship it out. I admire how you guys do the things that you do where you are at and other countries around the world were people make use of stuff that other people here would just put in the garbage.
Given the recent events with mini submersibles getting 14 year olds rewind the motors with nonstandard parts and not testing the unit to industry standards is a big no-no in my book🧐
That is most likely Teflon insulated wire. The real question is why didn't he solder the leads. And if lead solder wasn't the thing to do he could definitely whip out a torch and put a little silver solder on it.
@Ham Radio When I was an Apprentice we used to braze all the connections in the motor's and generators we rewound including the big Submersible pumps for CEGB Ffestiniog Power Station Nr Tanygrishau in North Wales. They were wound with insulated cables about 10mm csa. They ran completely under water.

What tells you he didn't scratch the insulation? In Europe insulation and directrice strength tests are mandatory for a reason...

The connection should be soldered or well crimped, they are just wrapped.
Also the insulation on them could be better.

I could fix TV,s and Radios 📻 when I was 9 🙂 used to help my Dad all the time from about 4 years old.
