    Deva side looks better, my favorite, looks fun and free and very natural 😊

    I liked how honest you were with your "uncertainty". Thank you!

    I think the Deva Curl side is much better... much curlier and more volume! Thanks for your review! :) I just rewatched the video ... so my second opinion..

    Thank you! I feel like I can finally make a decision. I really ,Ike the Deva side, actually.

    I don't know how the Xtava get's so many good reviews. I have one and it blows my super fine hair out of the sides & makes my hair frizzy. I have 2b hair just past my shoulders.

      Thanks for sharing! I have a ton of hair and I think it works well to fit it all in there, if that makes sense. I can see how super fine hair could blow out of the sides and make it frizzy. I like finding out how products work, or don’t work, with other hair types. Hair has such individualized personality! Have you found another diffuser that works well for you?

    Some people use both.. use the deva one for the roots and the orchid for the rest.. worth a shot.

    Can you compare the xtava orchid to the amaxy lotus

      I will look that one up! I love trying new things out and comparing! Thanks for the suggestion😊

    I don't see any difference...and not much volume either!

      Thanks for the feedback! I struggled trying to do my hair half and half, so my normal routine was definitely off. I probably noticed more of a difference in person than what shows in the video. Plus, since it was my own hair I probably noticed every tiny detail and the “feel” of it overall more than anyone else would😊 They are both great diffusers!

      @@hopeunfinished8462 Yes, you probably saw the difference more, I did love your video and reviews, I might still try the Xtava..I have spent so much money on product girl trying to find the right product and method since I started the CGM, the struggle is real,, lol...

      Seriously, I understand the struggle of spending money on hair products!!! My hair is the one thing I allow myself to spend money on. I view it as self-care;) it’s all for me and I get so upset when my husband or sons (I have three boys!!) use my hair products without asking like when they run out of “their” shampoo.

      Also, I wanted the xtava for over a year before I finally bought it. I really do love it and don’t regret it.

    My hair will freeze however it dries. So diffusing seems to make it curl wonky,. Like not natural. So the deva one sounds like it might actually be good for me. What are you using now?
    Also... which side of your head is the more.. “assy” side? Haha.. I would have to do dif days bc my left side has a mind of its own

    Love your hair! Gorgeous! Thank you for the video, on the fence with the Deva, I have a lot of hair so I just wonder how long this will take for mine lol. I notice the diff. with Deva on your hair and it looks so much more natural to me anyways. I would like to know what styling products you used before you diffused? Makes all the difference with my hair as far as curling creams , gels etc. and how you work them into the hair.. would love to know! Thank you!

    What hair dryer do you use with you Xtava?

    • @hopeunfinished8462
      @hopeunfinished8462  3 года назад +2

      Nano Titanium by BaByliss Pro. I got it used several years ago at a kids haircut salon where I took my kids when they were younger. The owner decided to close the business and she sold everything and I needed a new hair dryer at the time. I don’t know too much about it but it fits the Black Orchid!

      @@hopeunfinished8462I also have the same blow dryer (blue), but the Black Orchid diffuser is a bit too large and doesn’t stay on?! I ended up having to buy SnozzlePro attachment, but it’s just a pain in my behind! How do you get yours to stay on?

  • @eveasyful

    Kind hard to see the both side look the same

    • @hopeunfinished8462
      @hopeunfinished8462  3 года назад

      Yes, I think in general there probably isn’t a huge difference. I think I can see the difference more because it’s my own hair and we tend to notice every little detail with the hair we live and deal with every day😊 they are both great diffusers, it comes down to personal preference. The Xtava seems to work well if you have a lot of hair, though.

      Let me know how it goes for you! Yes, the black orchid is huge! Great for a ton of hair but someone else has shared that it didn’t work well with their thinner hair and their hair didn’t stay inside the black orchid, which sounds frustrating. I love that it can handle my amount of hair! Thanks for your comment and questions💜

    I just got the orchid diffuser and am looking for a hair dryer that fits it.....I’ve done research and think I’m set on the babyliss nano pro. Thoughts from anyone using this combo??? Thanks 🙏

      I have the Xtava. It doesn't fit very many dryers but I made mine fit w/tape, lol. It works but it's heavy af too.

      @@elizabeth-2213 I actually broke down and bought the snozzle pro to use on my hairdryer until the babybliss nano pro hairdryer arrived in the mail....and it fits the babybliss perfectly. I had tried tape originally but it kept falling off 😂.
