    I’m Jamaican married to an Ibo man in the USA. besides helping my Yoruba friends blend tomatoes, I had nooo clue about cooking Nigerian food.
    In my search to learn to cook my husband’s favorite food Egusi, I stumbled across your recipe. It was so detailed and easy to follow. Since then I’m a pro at cooking Egusi, making tomato stew, fried rice, okra soup thanks in major part to you. I am so confident in my cooking such that I hosted a village meeting and did all the cooking solo. I got rave reviews.
    My husband was so proud lol! Funny enough I subscribed after watching your Seismic career video and was so impressed by your smarts and line of work. That got me hooked. My husband is from Enugu so I showed him your video of your sisters’ wedding with all the cooking and food done especially by your grandma.
    He loved the video. what I admire about you is that as large as your channel is, you take the time to reply to some comments rather than ignore them like a lot of RUclipsrs do. Anyway sorry for the long post. I don’t need the money, please give it to a student who is more in need. Just want to appreciate you and congratulate you on your YT achievements. God bless you.

      Queen Athelene you are an angel! From learning all these meals to hosting meetings??? All you my originally non-nigerian wives do not know how proud I am of you. So many success stories of people preparing dishes of cultures they do not know anything about with awesome results. It's not easy at all. Thank you Queen for all you do. You are so kind. 😘

    Ada anyi you have tried, trust me you have been a great influence to a lot of people especially me because I really was not the type of person who loves to cook because I only know basics but watching you and learning all this food as helped my marriage, my hubby use to feel bad but won't say it because I really couldn't do some ceremonial cooking like abacha, ugba, ji abubo, etc but now am a chef at home, i never stop cooking even my kids loves to watch you especially my 2nd son that would say put Flo all nigerian recipe (lol) it encouraged me to cook more and I have you to thank. Continue with the good work and I pray the grace of God upon you and your loved ones in Jesus name Amen. And congrats on the plaque ji si ke nwanne nkem.

I started watching your vlog in 2013 when i was dating your igbo brother who is from imo state. your first video i watched was how to make Abacha and Ugba as a surprise to him and now we're happily married and expecting our first child to be out anytime from now.indeed you are really helpful to me in making traditional igbo food.

    Aunty Flo congratulations. You have been doing a very nice job. I prefer your channel to every other food channel because I noticed your way of cooking is so real and original. For example, you will see other channels preparing okpa with Maggi and crayfish, but you know and understand that it's not the real thing. You understand how all these local spices like Ehuru, uziza, okpei, etc gives some certain foods a nice taste and flavor. I have watched virtually all your videos and I must say that "anya ruru gi ani" I'm planning to make akpu very soon! Lol....I live in Chicago by the way.

I did not know that I have that knowledge in me but when I get a question on that, my brain goes straight to the deepest part of its hard drive to fetch the info. My mommy was so pleased that I wanted to learn to cook, so every new video u posted, we would watch, and I would attempt it, and she would give me her own tips along the way. Nigerian food is so much more diverse than rice, stew, and jollof, and that's why mom and I LOVE you!!! Congratulations on 100K!!

    Hi Aunty, congratulations. You are the perfect RUclips channel for making Nigerian food. I started watching your RUclips videos ever since I came across how to fry perfect Nigerian stew, which is very challenging to me then. But now I'm very grateful for making those videos for those of us who lack the trick in frying the perfect Nigerian stew. I have been watching your videos ever since then, and I can proudly say that my cooking skills have now improved. All thanks to you. Congratulations once again.

    Thank you soooooooo much for this video.
    I actually clicked it for the mortar and pestle part.
    My new mortar and pestle have been washing off that red colour all the time.
    I didn't know I have to soak it that long....
    I have been so "depressed" 🙍 as to how to make the colour stop washing off...
    Came on Google and RUclips searching for "how to start using a new mortar and pestle", "how to finish or file a new mortar and pestle " (LOL!....am I preparing for a carpentry job, tho?🙆) and "how to wash a new mortar and pestle", and the likes....Almost got frustrated until one of the searches suggested your channel.
    ...and then I clicked, hoping you would say something about it in passing.....AND! YOU! DID!💃💃💃💃
    This is quite an eye opener!
    Danke!🙏

    Congratulations Anty Flo. To be honest I started reading about your cookery from Google about five years ago. Three years ago I got married and since I love cooking I wanted to impress hubby and my inlaws I started watching your video on RUclips. The one that really struck me was the video on extra virgin coconut oil. It was very detailed and I loved it so much and I indeed did practice at home. Ever since then I have been looking forward to see your videos. Thanks for being my culinary teacher

      Hello aunty Flo, nice video as usual. Being a foodie myself, but a lazy cook, I usually run to RUclips for inspiration and guidance on difficult-to-make meals. Hi aunty Flo, congratulations on your youtube plaque, you deserve it! I stumbled upon your video in my quest for the "perfect" Nigerian meatpie and got hooked😊😄😃( 2012). Your videos saved me/opened my eyes to the unimaginable possibilities in the world of cooking. for instance, during my uni days in Belarus (eastern Europe) I couldn't imagine that making bitter leaf soup was remotely possible without "ogiri" and cocoyam... (my mum still doesn't believe it would taste like ofe ede) but I have leant how to improvise with leaves, oat and a lot more (the struggle is real where there are no African stores). Thank you for making me know that anything is possible, if only we tried.
    Thanks for helping me stay connected to Nigerian recipes in my six yrs of medschool

      Doris Ejike our Doc! I've mentioned it in my reply to another person on this video ... There was a time it seemed like all questions I was getting about alternatives were from Nigerian students in Eastern Europe so I feel you my sister. I know how difficult it is to survive in a place that does not have an atom of Nigerian food! I am happy that one by one, you all are able to overcome by using the information available to you. 👍👍👍 Thank you.

    Why I believe I relate with you is because of your blog. I appreciate how you painstakingly write out your recipes and then the approach/method you deployed in achieving the meal. Although, you attach the RUclips video to all your delicacy blogs, Internet connectivity from 7-8 years ago never let me be great. So, I stopped attempting to click on play to watch. Reading through your blog at that time sufficed for me. Putting it in popular social media lingo, your meal preparation is bae. So, Imagine my excitement when I went to the United Kingdom for my postgraduate studies five years ago. You know how you finally have access to high speed non-buffering internet connection for the first time and you go nuts surfing the web? I am sure a few of us from these parts of the world can relate. RUclips then became one of my frequent pastimes. At that time (and I’m almost certain now), when you type any Nigerian recipe/delicacy in the search bar (as someone who has never visited your channel), your channel comes up first more often than not.
    I am even more excited that you are now in Nigeria and setting up your home (kitchen). This makes it more real because this time, whenever you put up a recipe, I am sure that achieving the meal is even more feasible in terms of the ingredients incorporated. In addition, as someone looking to redecorating my kitchen, I find your most recent videos, helpful.
    Lastly, I have also watched your non-food related videos, ie, the on the job (offshore) videos and they are very inspiring.
    You are an all rounder woman and I bless your maker for giving you the initiative to take up this hobby.

    • @FloChinyere
      @FloChinyere  6 лет назад

      Thank you for your nice words Prim!
      I feel you on the going nuts! Like a child in a toy shop! I hope you were able to catch some sleep in the first few days. 😂😂 That's what I always say on Facebook. Some people only know about Facebook and WhatsApp hence they do not know what they are missing. They can't even visit the website because they are on free browsing or something like that. Some even get annoyed when I post links to RUclips videos. They would rather I charge them for cooking classes on WhatsApp when these endless hours of videos are on RUclips for free. Of course they need internet access but it is still cheaper than paying for classes that will give one limited information when there's endless information on the world wide web.
      Internet access is expensive for most people in Nigeria but even some people who can afford it do not invest in it, they would rather invest 100 times the money into buying disposable fashion items and all that. LOL Having access to all parts of the internet especially videos is like having a new lease of life. Like "So this part of the internet exists and I have been missing out?"
      I visit Nigeria often but I have not relocated yet. I am glad you find the most recent videos helpful. I thank God and you guys for the opportunity to upload these videos because mmmh, never in my wildest dreams, never.

      You are welcome Ayo. There's no shame in that at all. The contributions from those who I am "supposedly" teaching how to cook have also helped me rethink some of my old practices in the kitchen and get better at those. Thank you. :)

    Greetings to you Aunt Flo! WOW! we are aiming for 1 million subscribers now...Congratulations, well deserved!! I subscribed to your channel around June 2016...My mother, small brother and I relocated to Canada from Kenya in May 2016...I am currently a student at university pursuing my BComm degree and I am responsible for my brother now...Since moving here, I had to learn to stay true to my roots especially in terms of cooking our traditional meals(( i do not believe in the eating McDonald everyday)), my father is Igbo and mum is Kenyan, ...I always found it hard to cook the Nigerian meals, I always watched my mum do it, but I thought they had long processes and sometimes it was difficult to get the ingredients back home in Kenya..., so one day i was craving for Egusii with smoked turkey with semolina by the side....so i went on RUclips to search and behold i found you...i fell in love with how detailed you were and the 2 different ways you showed how to cook Egusii ...so i went to African shop here in Montreal, bought the ingredients and gave it a shot((after watching the video like a 1000 times lol)), and it was a success.... my palm oil was floating so well..it was delicious...i do not cook it all the time, because you know this busy schedule, i balance work and school, but when i get time, i cook in bulk...(( i invested in a small deep freezer, to ensure there is always cooked for my small chairman, my brother eats like no joke lol)), i also wanted to know how i can save on cooking time,,, i have contributed 100 views to your tomato stew video... so during summer i go to market shah, i buy the crates of tomatoes....wash them well...and blend and boil...i fry the tomatoes as well till i see the streaks then i pack them in small containers...i now show my brother how to make quick meat stew.....he is a pro!!!....anyways i need to wrap up... but i know your channel has blessed me...in so many ways i am eternally grateful, you are a brilliant mind and fun loving...i do not usually comment but i had to... this time, to remind you that your gift in cooking is a blessing to us,...i keep learning from you and look forward to all your videos...i hope to buy your cook book soon(saving up for that one)...the good Lord expand your territories and may He continue to uplift you and cover your family in Jesus Name...be blessed Aunt Flo

      I had a huge smile on my face while reading this. Thanks for blessing me with this comment. And please don't wrap up. Keep going! :))) Yes, our meals take long because we cook from scratch but thank goodness most keep well in the freezer else it would be a double whammy. Say me well to your chairman! Kudos to your Mum for mastering Nigerian cooking. Thank you!

    Hi aunty Flo, congratulations on your growing channel. I must say I am very pleased seeing your channel grow. I started watching you in October of 2011 when I moved away from family to London to attend college.I was 18 then and I really wanted to cook and eat GOOD food. I was craving Nigerian fried rice that weekend and decided to search on RUclips for recipes and that's how I found you. I wrote the recipe down and quickly ran to Sainsbury's. I really hated how fried rice at home turned out and then I actually saw you frying the rice, my life changed! I followed the recipe to a T and wow, I haven't cooked it any other way since. Over the years I've learnt so much from you, infact I cooked your jollof rice and my mum said 'I know say I no teach you jollof rice like that, show me how you do it'. Your jollof rice recipe is now a staple in our house. My mom now watches your channel and calls you my "RUclips mom" lol. I want to thank you for being you, your bubbly personality and all the tips and tricks you show us. God bless you. Maybe one day I can meet you and really tell you how you changed my life. I am now 24 and I still watch every single video you upload. God bless the day started recording videos and God bless you for all the recipes you have taught me, I am a better cook today because of you.

    • @FloChinyere
      @FloChinyere  6 лет назад

      Awww DeeJuwa! My RUclips Daughter! lol @ I know say I no teach you that one! I love how you and your Mum are so open minded about these things. Even though you already knew how to prepare these, you still went ahead to try new recipes. I have received a lot of backlash about my method of preparing Fried Rice with lots of people even telling me that I am stupid for frying in batches. But most people who take the time to fry it in batches testify that there's a huge difference between the uppercase letter B and a cow's hoof print. 😂
      It was this same Fried Rice that my roommates where shocked about. When I was borrowing all their stoves and pots they were like "What exactly are you cooking that you need all the stoves and pots in this hostel?" 😂 I told them that they should cool down, watch and see, because seeing is believing! My room mates used to respect me a lot as per Engineering Babe but developed a whole new type of respect for me after that day. LOL They had never seen me cook, I did not even have half a cooking utensil in Uni and the first time I would cook, I had to cook the almighty Fried Rice in a large quantity oo. Thinking about it now, I can understand their shock.
      Yes o God bless that day because that year my daughter was about 6 months old and she would start crying each time I wanted to make a video with most of my early videos recorded in batches over several weeks. I did not know anything about making videos including editing etc there were so many hindrances but when I looked at my inbox with a mountain of emails of questions from my website, I just had to do it.

    Chai! I missed o... Thanks for your generosity. I hope there'll be a next time.😂 The fist video I watched was how to prepare fried rice. I was searching for a better a way to make it. And I loved the way you explained it even on your website. After reading the article on fried rice and watching the video I went straight Nigeria jollof rice and then Nigerian stew, I just go addicted I glued myself to reading and watching. Soon after I couldn't resist it I subscribed, searched for you and Facebook and followed you. Down till this day I always enjoy your videos. My cooking skills are now close to perfection. And then your trips to Nigeria and the market oh! I love those videos. I feel like am in Nigeria when I watch them. I can't thank you enough. You're simply the best!😍😘

    Vitamix - that's the last blender you'd ever buy! Seriously, you watch their videos and you'll be sold. I used to have a cuisinart blender, but the minute I bought my Vitamix, I gave it away. Vitamix will crush ice to snow, would make smoothies that are as smooth as silk, will turn nuts to nut butters, you name it, it does it. And the customer service behind vitamix means you'll never want for another blender.
    Once you're done with a blender, get a food processor. My top choice is Breville Sous Chef.

    • @ronniecobb4503
      @ronniecobb4503 6 лет назад +2

      You must try a NINJA processor, any size. If you can find a Ninja Express Chop, it's a small item that chops, minces and purees in seconds, yes seconds. TIP: use a tap, tap motion until you get the texture you want, holding the control will result in a smoothie, and don't be afraid to fill it with whatever you want to process. For a product that cost less than $20, you'll use it more than the larger processors. try on line to find one, and pay less when you order one that comes in a dented box, the appliance will not be damaged. NO, i don't work for the company I just swear by their products, the Ninja Express Chop is wicked, jet fast.

    • @FloChinyere
      @FloChinyere  6 лет назад

      That Vitamix ... Lots of people recommended it on my Frying Tomato Stew video. I read the reviews and fell in love with it and Blendtec but na money oo. Maybe when I retire, I will buy it for myself as a retirement gift because that's when I will have time to use it to the fullest.

    • @badjujuwan
      @badjujuwan 6 лет назад +1

      Come on - that's the wrong mentality - LOL. By the time you retire, you'll have fewer years to enjoy your Vitamix. I actually purchased mine from Costco at a great deal, so you should definitely check them out. One thing I love about Vitamix is it saves you money on buying other things. From fresh tomatoes, you can make tomatoes for your stew, pasta/pizza sauce, even your own tomato sauce. Sometimes, the Vitamix is way too powerful - you seriously need that pulse button. I love your Moi Moi recipe, but the Vitamix is too powerful to peel the beans using the blender method. Maybe i'll try again sometime. For now, I just peel a lot and freeze them and then blend to smooth perfection. Flo, you need a Vitamix in your life. :)

    Hi Flo congratulations on your RUclips achievement , I am so happy for you because you’re hard work has been rewarded. I started watching your videos years back, when you used to make your videos without showing your face , only written comments , the ingredients and the what you’re cooking 🥘. What really made me to fall in love with your videos is the way you cook, the moment I watched couple of your videos I knew you’re a good cook, because as a good cook myself😃 I knew one when I come across it. But the video I was after the day I saw yours was how to make cake, Nigerian meat pie and puff puff because I have no clue how to make them, and the things I like most about, your videos are always on point. And as years goes by I have learnt a lot from your videos. Like the smokey liquid for the smokey jollof rice I never known about it, until you made the video and I will not forget the videos for kids food, I watched the one where your son when he was some months old was eating okro soup and semo. It really motivated me towards my children. The spaghetti surprise, in fact Flo I can go on and on your simply the best. I learnt how to make the best puff puff and meat pie from you thank you so much.

    • @FloChinyere
      @FloChinyere  6 лет назад

      Awww! We do go way back. I am glad those videos helped you make those snacks successfully. That was my daughter eating Semo with Ogbono Soup. She was 19 months old there and I just cut her hair then so she looked like a boy there. LOL
      And tell you what? Then she used to swallow semo but these days, she is now 7 years old but she chews semo. I often show her the video telling her that she used to swallow semo, why downgrade to chewing now that she is older? 😂 😂
      Thank you my name sake! And good cook ibe m, that's what they say o because I still believe that cooking is not even one of my strongest points. LOL :)

    I started watching your videos long before I actually subscribed 🙃.. but whenever I did subscribe, it must have been because of the Egusi soup(caking method).. I was a grad student at the time, with many Yoruba friends who taught me the frying method. But it was never ever ever as good as the one my mommy used to make. As an Igbo girl I had to learn to make correct egusi soup before I become a disgrace to my family in marriage one day 🤣. Aunty Flo I have watched that one video sooooo many times! Lol and many many others! Even if I don't win, I think it's awesome that you are putting one foot back in our fatherland. The pride you have in our people, our products, our country is admirable! Now I'm married with 2 kids, and my in laws are pleased! Thank you for all your efforts to teaching us how to cook! May God continue to bless you and your family!

    • @FloChinyere
      @FloChinyere  6 лет назад +1

      Disgrace ko, prodigal daughter ni. LOL
      Oh, you have watched that video so many times! One of my earliest videos with no hard text (only annotations that are not even visible on mobiles) and annoying music. Chai ooo! What torture you must go through every time you watch it. I think I need to make an updated video of my special caking method!
      That video is one of the videos that I am proud of (in spite of the non-existent editing and poor video quality 😂) because when I released it, come and see prayers and thanks. Some people were telling me that prior to watching the video they used eggs to achieve lumpy egusi, some people told me that without osu (which is not available outside Nigeria), they could not get it to cake. And to think that was the only way that we prepared egusi soup in my home growing up, I thought the method was well known. To see people surprised that that method existed was an eye opener. It has encouraged me to share anything I know even if I think that that information is public knowledge, you never know what someone out there will find helpful.
      More recently I showed in one of my videos how cassava has a natural peel hence very easy to peel off like unripe plantain and someone told me that she has peeled cassava for years but she never knew that information, thanking me for sharing. This is something I would normally not mention in a video thinking that it is general knowledge but a small voice told me to talk about it in the video and viola!
      You are welcome and thank you for your kind words, for taking me back in time to my early videos. :D
      God bless you too. :)

    Wow! I'm a new subscriber to your Channel. I've watched a couple of your videos in the past and like them; although I am not Nigerian or have ever tasted Nigerian food. I am a Black American and I enjoy trying new foods. I said wow at the beginning of my comment because I happened on to an old video of yours where you show what you do or did at that time for a living. I was curious of what you did for a living because you mentioned in this video that your job had given you power tools . I wonder to myself what field was she in that they would give her power tools . And funny thing is I was not searching to find out what was your career, I just happened on to your video that said what you do for a living . I am AMAZED! Looking at you and your stature I would not think oil exploration .WOW! It looks like such an amazing job. Are you still in oil exploration? I would have never guessed that that's what you did as a career. Before today I've only seen your cooking videos. I am a woman tractor trailer driver; and most people are shocked when I tell them that. because I am 5 feet 1 inch in height. It's so amazing to see a woman(A BLACK WOMAN)
    in a field like that. Not to bring race into it. It's just amazing to see a black woman in a field like that. I would have loved an experience like that. It's probably too late for me now though. I am a 42 year old mother of two young children and I'm planning for retirement. Anyway thank you for sharing Nigerian dishes and also for sharing parts of your life with us. I wish you and your family all the best with this new chapter of your life. God bless!

    Congratulations on your new kitchen - it looks great. Can't wait to see it completed. Congrats on your RUclips achievement. I've learnt so much from you over the years that my meat pie is so much better than the meat pies I used to buy - and it's not just me saying it - everyone who's tried it says the same.
    I don't want the $50, I want the signed cookbook. I've posted a few times since discovering you in 2011(oops :) ) and my family has been so amazed by what I've cooked and even are shocked to know I learnt to cook online. For now, I'll settle for your cookbook eBook format.

      Badjujuwan I remember you from way back, in my early days on RUclips. I created my channel in 2011 so it's probably in 2012? You were very active and I remember your username. You are one of the few people that have never changed their usernames. LOL
      Thanks for watching and sticking with me all these years.
      But chai ooo. Are you sure that the signed copy will work? I ask because there are a few huddles with sending it across the pond.

    Flo nwannem congratulations on the well deserved RUclips plaque! Your channel should have more than just 100k subscribers because your content is top-notch 🖒I can't remember exactly when I subscribed, yes it's been that long! 😀 Your recipes have influenced my cooking in so many ways but the recipes that stands out for me were the full option abacha recipe, how to preserve fresh naija produce (for those of us in ala bekee) and the tiger nut milk recipe too (hmmm that tiger nut milk eh! story for another day, lol) Your originality is what drew me to your channel, I also enjoy your cheeky banter 😀 I will stop here as I don't intend to make this epistle of mine too lengthy! Ji si ike nwannem 💜

      Thank you so much. I can only be me else I would have stopped uploading videos a long time ago. :)
      The things I say in my videos are exactly how my Mum would say them to me in those days. Those words entered my brain and grew tap root there. So another reason I make Nigerian cooking videos is to get my Mum's voice out of my head. hehehe

    Yipppppyyyyy 👏 👍 congrats Flo. I am Nigerian but live in Canada. I have watched your channel for years now. I have learnt a lot here and there form you like the smoked the fish idea, Suya spice, puff puff and oat meal powder in a soup oh my oh my😀 you are the best 👌❤ I love your videos awesome.
    But the question are you moving to Nigeria permanently?

    • @FloChinyere
      @FloChinyere  6 лет назад

      The smoked fish and suya spice recipes have brought me so much good will! The kind of prayers I get because of those two videos? This is because the only option outside Nigeria is that salty smoked mackerel that melts once you touch it and the suya spice isthe besk kept secret amongst Mai Suyas. Such are the blessings of the opportunity to share on this platform. I am glad you found the videos helpful.
      No, I am not moving to Nigeria yet. Until there's 24 hours electricity. Lack of 24/7 light is one thing I can't deal with when I'm in Nigeria.

    Greetings aty flo,was trying to make meatpie for the first time but couldn't and went on line (youtube)searched for nigerian meatpie and yours some came fort,watched about four videos but yours was so easy and simple (that's was about 7 or 8 years ago).Then saw your doughnut recipe and immediately I followed and now I'm so perfect in doughnut all thanks to u (and mind u I have never made doughnut before but with the help of your video my first attempt came out perfectly well)
    Then fried rice (cos I used to fry all my fried rice at once then cook like jollof rice)till I watched yours and u even said it in your video that one can only achieve a perfect fried rice in badges.
    Then substuite for akanwa (potash)was trying to make abacha and I had no potash at home went to channel typed it and luckily u just uploaded a video about it(using sodium bicarbonate)u saved me that day honestly or is it your "bread roll" tried it for the first time and it came out perfect.The least is endless....Had to add myself in "Rate my Nigerian food".I even wrote u then telling u how I needed your cook book but was not able to get it then.Your doughnut video stands out for me cos I never tried it before unlike the meatpie but followed your video step after step and even had to pause and play back to avoid mistakes and it sure came out so PERFECT.Thanks from italy.

      Aww Ifeoma! That was great to read. So many videos that you find helpful. :) I am glad to help indeed.
      Yes, one good thing about snacks is that they have exact measurements so once one follows the recipe step by step, the person will get the best results. Problem starts when we try to alter and make substitutions to a recipe without first of all trying it exactly as shown by the creator. The best way is to follow the recipe like Mumu lol the first time before making any changes. And all my snacks recipes I make them several times before I record a video and upload so the videos are usually the best I could make them.
      Well done for doing a great job with the recipes. :) Oh, you are my neighbour? See Italy, see Spain. :)

    You know what intrigued me the most about you, when I watched the video of you working offshore. I couldn't just reconcile how could manage that, your family and have time for a thriving youtube channel...well done. You inspire me

      Chinyere M sake m ooo! Thank you so much! Yes, that video shocked lots of people who do not know me. On the other hand, this my cooking channel is a greater shock for those who know me because the offshore job is more ME. Shock vs Shock! 🤣
      As for not subscribing, it happens to me too. I usually watch videos on RUclipsTV and when I discover new channels I may watch their videos for so long without subscribing because it is not convenient to subscribe on TV. But trust RUclips, once you bingewatch a particular channel's videos it will start recommending that channel's videos to you anyway, so much that you feel like you've already subscribed.

    This is late (but it doesn’t matter lol) Congratulations Aunty Flo, thank you so much for being an amazing cook, especially the way you explain everything as to why you use the methods you do. The first video that made me subscribe?, that’s hard because there were many recipes and even when I was already subscribed, I’d unconsciously subscribe again. Also there are tips that you share that no other Nigerian food vlogger shares especially tips for pregnant women, like the alternative to potash. I appreciate everything you have been doing and may God continue blessing your hands, which are the symbols of your labour In Jesus name, Amen. Oh yes I have one question too lol. I cook for a friend who is pregnant and she’s craving pepper soup, I’ve been told there are certain spices, which are not good. Which spices are those? or should I not cook it for her at all?. Thank you Aunty Flo 😁
