The difference is Britney took accountability and has apologized privately and publicly to her, sent her a copy of her book and included her. Alexa deserves apologizes from multiple people yet the biggest star in the situation was the only one who was able to do the right thing

@@mayflower7811 I'm aware she could have handled the situation better. She was also heavily pregnant and clearly wanted to believe her sister. We were not condoning the actions, but recognizing that she has at least APOLOGIZED for causing Alexa hurt when others have yet to do so and remain dismissive years later. Considering she was medicated a couple years after she probably didn't remember it happened until it was brought up again and she knew she needed to make amends. Alexa has forgiven her, has remained supportive, has spoken positively about Britney and how much the apology meant to her. It's meant for Alexa to either accept or reject the apology since it involved her, not for the general public

It's sad, but people can't stand it when you are happy, content, & smiling a lot. Somehow, it triggers an ugly jealousy from miserable people who can't stand seeing someone else be so happy in life. They really did try to dim her light, which is so sad. This happens so much, even to me, so now I tone down my personality so that I'm not allowing myself to be a target.
Exactly… I would tone myself down only to realize I’d still be targeted bc it signals to the other person you’re weak and will back down to them. Jamie was determined to be the center of attention on her show. She was jealous that Alexa had to potential of stealing her cloud and she wasn’t having it
I sometimes have an issue with overly happy people because sometimes there might be someone in the room who isn’t so happy, for example, maybe they were recently hurt, and sometimes the overly happy person purposely acts oblivious and it can come across as selfish.

Im happy to hear that Nicole was very much early Alexa and that she was true to her character. Nicole was always my favorite as she was bubbly, upbeat and made for good company. I can relate to a lot of what she was going through
I had this issue in my 3rd grade class. Majority of my classmates were very clicky , shallow, judgmental. That year, I felt like I got along better with kids who were NOT in my class (same grade though) than the ones who were IN my class. I was very expressive and I wasn’t afraid to be MYSELF and openly enjoy the things I liked to do.

Kids are bullies, even when they don't know it. I'm convinced that it's human nature to bully, and that children must be TAUGHT not to do that, lest they become wretched adults. I can forgive a kid for that, but not an adult. This makes Britney's apology maybe more meaningful now than it may have been before. We're all idiots at some point, especially as while we're in our teens! Glad we're able to discuss it more openly now.
For some kids, it’s peer pressure to fit in. Like they’re cool and ok with the victims when the head bully/mean kid isn’t around. But as soon as the head bully is around, they turn back into bullies.

Depends on how bad it is. I know that some bullies can be so immature and so horrible that they themselves will drag those kinds of things out through into adulthood for their sick entertainment. Alexa was discussing the first interactions she had on set with Jamie Lynn which later turned into massive bullying (for example, the 3rd main cast member physically assaulted her on camera out of nowhere by pushing her into a rock and was fired before the second reason) - Access Hollywood doesn't cover it and just skips to the situation that occurred where Britney was manipulated into confronting Alexa, which then landed her at Nickelodeon's corporate office being verbally abused by Dan Schneider, which was when she decided to quit.
