The look on your face when you read the title of the book--Priceless. Couldn't stop giggling. There were at least a dozen things I wanted. Love those tins and your Bibles in the casserole base. Excellent choices and displays💕
Oh, lovely Danielle ..... I think it's time that you re-wrote the book "The Way Of A Man" .... Your version, Warts and all, think it might be very interesting reading !!!! Ha ha ! 😂 .... Love your vintage tin collection .... Just Magnificent ! The content of your videos just keep getting better and better. Once again, Thank You ♥️👏😉👍🇬🇧
Love the use of the silver casserole holder. I’ve been using one in the same way for several years. The tin is pretty and looks great added to your collection.
I have been looking for years for one of those casserole dishes in my area and I have had zero luck, but what a beautiful idea using it to display your old Bibles! I laughed about what you said about reading that book about a man, too funny, but great book. Also loved that tin, so cute. Danielle you are so masterful at making vignettes, they always look amazing.
Hi Danielle 💓 I'm so happy to see Lincoln and Jackson xoxo sitting on the couch so adorable I love trifting and all ur trifting finds thanks for sharing always Laura
I thought those porcelain ladies from Japan were perfect for your feminine room. What a great way to display your vintage bibles and I am so glad you brought home that unique mother-of-pearl piece. I am old enough to remember those hair dryers ha,ha.
The hairdryer in the case brought back wonderful memories, my mother had a pink one. She would wash her hair every Saturday morning and roll her hair in brush rollers, the use the hairdryer for about half an hour. She would read one of her romance novels while her hair would dry. I too, used it once in awhile, until I got a proper blow dryer. I inherited the girlie angels from my great-grandmother, I bring them out every Christmas. My aunt had a similar wooden planter, where she put it on one side of her fireplace, the other side was an old milk churn. I remember she had what was called back then, Early American furniture.
Ohhh wow.. I have a sister that's 13yrs older than me, she had one of those old hair dryers when i was a little girl.. nostalgic memories😊 Loved the Victorian porcelain ladies and the boot❤ And the 3D wall art was gorgeous! Great idea for the casserole holder! May have to do that😉 Lol.. Same on the tins, just got my 3rd one, and yes I'll be picky too! Thanks for sharing, enjoyed it😊
Danielle I like what you did by putting your bibles in the casserole holder!!!It looks so good that way! I also love that small, round vintage tin!! You know just how to use them!!!Enjoy!!😁❤👍
That rattan ottoman with the needlework top and the bentwood rocker would have come home with me for sure!!!! I never find something that good at my thrift shop. I do actually have the Smith Bros cough drop can. And the covers of old books are what draw me to them.
That look you gave when you told us the name of the book 😂. I did love the cover. I never thought about putting books in the casserole tray....love it. I buy one thin, then I start a collection....too mamy collections others say. We lije them. Too bad ypu did not pick up the little wooden piece that ypu cpukd habe painted a pretty mint green...loved everything you got. I did love that beautiful vanity tray with the fancy edging. ❤❤❤❤
Hei Suomesta, hi from Finland. I really love your videos. At 2:57 in your video there was a clear glass on the shelf. It is called Kekkeri, designed by Timo Sarpaneva. Made by company called Iittala in Finland. I have Kekkeri glasses in my home. I use them daily. They last "forever".
I find putting your Bible collection in a casserole holder a delightful & clever design! Your old books intrigue me, so I always pause and Google ... the author is an interesting person; that particular book - "The Way of a Man A romantic tale of good verses evil and a fight to the death for a hero bound by his moral code of honor.
I guess that’s exactly how everyone started their collections of canning jars, then rolling pins, old books, then 1980’s Japan brass candlesticks,& white pitchers…. Wonder what will be next???
*Danielle, in case you didn't know, Smith Brothers made cough drops...that is a replica tin, and a nice one at that. It would have been full of individually wrapped cough drops that tasted like a mix of 3 flavors: root beer barrel (hard candy) menthol and licorice. They worked...I was given them as a kid in the 1960's, LOL! 🤣*

Love the old tins. 3 of a kind is a collection. : )
It all looks nice, but I love the bible display. You have gotten a really nice selection of them.
Loved the oval mirror tray with silver edging. I remember using the hair dryer in its own case.
Yes I loved the vanity tray❤
Nice finds! I love the way you displayed the bibles & the tins.
My mom had that same hair dryer in the case during the 1960's. We had those caroling candles also about the same time as the hair dryer.
I too have started collecting antique tins. It is becoming an obsession 😂
Cute finds!!! Love the little tin collection I’ve started collecting old coffee tins ❤
Hi, Danielle! Your home is so warm and cozy that I always love seeing it, as well as the well-filmed videos where you shop for it :>
Your Bibles look amazing in the casserole holder!❤

I can't believe you didn't pick up the candles. They are hard to come by at that price. In 5 years your taste will change again lol
I’ll probably have the walls pink in five years! Who knows! Lol 😂
