And he's smart. He could easily do some _subtextual_ political stuff inside of some absurdist stuff and fill the void Louis CK left in the mainstream and get the critical acclaim he deserves. That failed pilot on his RUclips is more relevant now than when he made it
Dave hates compliments… but he’s really is the best. And he’s a good human. I got to meet him after following his career for 25 years. It’s honestly one of the happiest right place at the right time moments of my life. 🖤 First time watching the Tom’s podcast - but now I’m subscribing it was funny and relaxed. Felt I was listening to two friends.
I would get yelled at by my dad for sneaking out to see his show. Even the lowest volume couldn't cover the sound of my laugh. No one in my house spoke like him. He was refreshing.

Attell is such a good comic! He’s hilarious, he is well seasoned, he’s worked so hard at it over the years, one of the best and certainly in my top 10 of worlds greatest. Miss that insomniac show, it was so well done and really showcased his alcoholism, I mean his wit and comedic skills. Seriously though, he’s so damn great

The way you took is through Amish country, nice view, terrible driving. Dave looked like he was about to pass out but his brain was still kicking. Great conversation!

Ahhh Tom, a rookie mistake, flying into Philly! Baltimore/DC is much closer to southeast PA than Philly (and usually better roads.) If you get the guts to go back, fly into BWI or Dulles and then take the highways north to PA. Dave Attell = 🐐🐐🐐🐐💯💯💯💯
