      I like this dish very much but the problem that i faced is to deep fry the tofu. Tofu is rather wet so when you deep fry, the oil will splatter. I use wok as i do not have a deep fryer so I always eat this outside :)

      @@marieg2g You need to use the firmer tofu, or you can steam instead of deep frying it.

      Now I get it. I will try one that is firmer. Not the tau kwa type but the local tofu that is firmer. Thanks for your reply
