Ryobi has come out with two even more powerful impact wrenches. One with 600lbs breaking power and the other one with 1,170lbs breaking power. Got one and seems pretty amazing for the price. I’m sure you’ll get better results with a real ryobi battery

I ended up getting a Ryobi 3ah HP battery. I'm pretty happy with mine. A couple of weeks back, a friend came over and I changed her regular tires for some studded snow tires for the winter, it was quick and easy. 😊
I'll let you in on a little secret, my vise broke while trying to make some extra footage for this video.
So as of this moment, I'm in the process of repairing my vise and I should have a video of that in a couple of weeks. Thanks for watching and Take Care.

I actually pulled out commercial vehicles lug nuts torque to 400 ft lbs with the p261 and a 6ah HD battery.Battery makes a lotta difference in ryobi tools.

@@WhipCityWrencher can imagine what the high amp HD battery can do with the 600 ft brushless version that just came out.

It was a good test and the presenter found the weakness of the tool. According to the manual, the manufacturer says to get the maximum amount of torque it must be held on to the nut for at least 6 seconds after it initially tightens. Although the presenter did not hold the tool on for 6 seconds, he did find that at about 150 ft lb of torque, the tool then must be held onto the nut for at least 6 seconds to get the full strength of the tool. It would have been interesting to see a test done using this technique as specified by the manufacturer Ryobi. Anyway, thank you for a useful test and take care.

Thank You! Glad you liked the video.
They have come out with two higher torqued Ryobi impact wrenches. One supposedly has 600lbs breaking power and the other has 1,170lbs breaking power. At the end of the video the presenter makes an important comment. I don't know if most people caught it. But he is not using a Ryobi battery, but rather a cheap Chinese knockoff from eBay. I can almost guarantee that it will not meet the discharge specs of Ryobi. So that's really another thing that the presenter should have considered in his test rather than just mentioning it. But again, the presenter makes good points so thank you.

Went up to buy the rigid that was in sale for $170, Bought this instead. All I do is lug nuts with mine. You can't beat $99 with a 4 amp hour battery.

It will also remove axle nuts that are not rusted out, strut bolts and even the dreaded Honda crank pulley bolt using the Lisle 19mm beefy socket but it has to be the OEM battery.

I'm not so sure. After I made the video I picked up a Ryobi 3amp HP battery and a Ryobi regular 4amp battery. ( I don't see a difference in power) I want to do a battery test video sometime to see how these 2 would compare against the Knock of battery. I've seen videos where the Knock off 6 amp battery outlasted the Ryobi batteries.
The 3amp HP battery was $49 at Home Depot, whereas the Knock off was $33 delivered for a 6amp battery on eBay. Check out this video Eighth Acre made, the link is below.
      Thanks for watching! 👍😊

If you had a stronger battery with higher amp hours you’d get more power out of it.

      Yep,
I realize that now, I've had a few months to use it, and it does pretty good around automotive bolts (good enough for me anyway). I was thinking about getting the New P262 brushless one that came out, but then again do I really need it?🤔
Thanks for watching and your feedback.👍🙌😊
