Mmmm.. in NGS it is a bit had to speak about rotations, since this concept from some mmorpg's is not completly applicable in NGS. If you mean combos for bursting during down phases, yes there is some basics that are pretty good to have in mind. I paste here the most useful combos to perform depending in your pp status:

Ww3 is whirlwind 3?

Yes, ww3 is the 3rd level of whirlwind : )
When I put a "1" or a "2" after a PA name it is for referring to the first, or second part, of the PA.
For instance, the unchained circle 2, refers to this very fast circular single hit of the PA called unchained circle.
