You did good. I have worked in customer care services. Actually cx service vary as each employee is trained differently. It's not a good thing but this is the truth. You can go to some other store and you may get a good service. But as a customer we should always keep on trying if there is a problem. Their r many hidden rules from company side regarding how to deal with customer, and our each complaint is getting recorded. If you have tried more you could also get a refund. But people hardly try that much due to time etc.

Decathlon products are very overpriced. I once bought shoes for ₹3099 from their store, those shoes did not last even a year. Very disappointing.

Yes customer can misuse the product , ese rakhe rakhe chair bend nhi hoti overweight se hi hui hai. Chair manufacturing hone ke baad testing bhi hoti hai product ki. Agar genuine case hota toh decathlon return karti hai.

i am very disappoint with decathlon service I return request 1 product sport shoes on 2 January but till today my product did not collect it and today and sometime ago1 deliver boy come for it but he told me there are mrp diffrence on shoes i purchased it 2499 and mrp show 3499 i am very disappoint with decathlon and never recommend to anybody for purchase From this website i call to customer care many times but they did not solve my problem till today

I myself have been a customer at decathlon for around 7 years and with my experience I have also returned products (in Faridabad store as well )and they have returned and sometimes didn't return depending upon the usage of my product but Mr. Pathak just wants faltu ka fame so he just made a video about how badtameezi se he talks and doesn't have any manners
