The girl I’ve been thinking about all the time is smart, funny, beautiful, kind, and we have a lot in common. But most importantly, she fears god the way I do . And god is the one who showed me this person. I have surrendered it to him , and trusted in him through this . I had the first panic attack in my life 3 weeks ago, and she was texting me and helping me through it , the only person texting me at that specific time. Thank you! I need to hear this. I still have feelings for this person. He is physically attractive and we get along great and easily have deep conversations. But he's not a Christian. He's not living holy for God. He even asked me to move in with him, but the most he wanted was "friends with benefits" and nothing more 😢 it hurts my heart because I thought he could've possibly been someone for me. My heart is hurting and grieving the friendship that is no more, wishing he'd come back. He and I are not talking anymore because I set my boundaries and did not reciprocate those "benefits" he wanted. I need to wait on God and stay focused on Him.
I know it's not easy to walk away when your heart wants someone but You've made the right choice by choosing Christ! Jesus is worth more than all our heart desires. Stay in His will always.

I was in a similar situation with a man a good few years ago now. Believe me, when they're offering you "friends with benefits," they're reserving themselves for a relationship with someone they deem to be more suitable. They are more than happy to use you in the meantime though. You've done the right thing, and you should be very happy with yourself 😊 This guy needs to have boundaries put up with him. I needed this. I'm trying to pursue someone but I see that it won't happen after seeing this video. I first wanted to bring to have a deep relationship with Jesus, but it's not working out yet. Just pray for her guys. I won't say her name because of privacy. I will pursue God more just like I did for her. God will show me the one.

I just want to share with you that last week my husband left home by a court order for violence against me, it cost me years and lot of tears to make the decision to report him, a week had passed without hearing from him, and yesterday I couldn't stand the loneliness and I wrote to him, because I missed him, he has not shown regret or asked for forgiveness. Today I was praising and seeking the Lord with all my heart and soul, I have asked the Lord to cut the ties I have with that toxic relationship because its very painful. Lord, this video was for me. I just woke up from a dream early this morning after asking for God to speak to my heart last night about someone I've been struggling in my feelings for. He's shown interest, but not pursued me and the Lord's made it clear that's not what He has for me. In the dream, he called me over to talk, but then soon after got up and went to sit at a table with another girl. My heart broke in the dream, but I know it's better for hurt and tears in my dreams than in real life. God is such a good father who wants to protect us so much.

The Bible says to not be unequally yoked- you cannot be in a relationship with someone who is not following God because if God’s will is for you to be with that woman, it will not be someone who isn’t with Jesus.
Keep in mind that in dating the end goal is to get married. If we, are truly followers of Christ who love Him above all else, should we marry someone who doesn’t? (Some may say that they date them to convert them, thats not a good idea. Every relationship in the Bible that was in God’s will, consists of 2 people who follow God. Sarah, Abraham, Ruth and Boaz.)
Please for your own good and for hers aswell, please be patient and don’t settle for less than what God has declared. Im sure shes lovely, but when you consider that if you were to marry her and you are following Jesus and she isn’t, there will be many qualms and you may end up compromising when it comes to God so you can keep her. It isn’t worth it in the end of it all. Even if the Christian women you know weren’t suitable, it doesn’t mean that suddenly the Bible changes and it supports your will and judgement in this situation. I say so with love, take time to pray patiently. ❤

The last Christian woman which wanted to meet me was total unhealty and overweight. You can't expect me after rebuilding to be with someone who clearly doesn't do the bare minimum effort. I know I deserve better and I got someone better. Someone who would be a great woman next to me while making the world a better place. A great mother for my children.
@@MadAndSerious @ As said, the Bible warns against being unequally yoked. If someone is not following Christ, they won’t be able to carry their load and it’ll end up weighing you in the long run. If you’re walking with Christ and she isn’t, she isn’t walking the sams path you are and you shouldn’t let her drag you to her path not should you drag her to your path. If you really want to have a genuine, lasting relationship with her, the best option you have is to release the myth of control that you are in place to decide wether someone will meet God or not because as said in the Bible, nobody comes to Jesus unless the Father calls them. (Jn 6:44)
I genuinely warn you out of love, not to do this. If you really care abt her salvation (and its not abt just fufilling your own desires for a wife in your will) then pray for her. Don’t evade God’s will just to date her. It will harm you AND her in the end- because any relationship that God has not willed, will not stand. And even if it does last until you die, you’ll be held accountable for your actions when you meet Jesus in heaven.
I’m sure shes a lovely girl, I myself know lovely people who don’t entirely follow Jesus, but if we truly care for someone we shouldn’t put ourselves in that place (and burden ourselves) with someone elses salvation, because only God chooses when to draw that person near to Him. Pray that God will draw her to Him, but if it doesn’t happen at that time, don’t rush in and chase her. If you chase her when God isn’t calling, you risk hardening her heart towards God. Like if you pluck plants when they are unripe, they’re hard and tender- they wont let go. The more you pull the more you damage the plant and decreass the chances of ending up with a ripe fruit.
You are not in place to decide someone elses salvation, nor are you (or anyone) in power to draw someone to God. As followers of Christ, we are to surrender our will to God, even if it means we give up the plans we make.
