out of your analysis seems like the elacs ub5 are a better buy, but at the end you say is the other way around....
It depends on what kind of sound signature you looking for, BR03’s instrument sound will makes you really happy and excited, the elac are more neutral sound with just a tiny layback sound
Just recently saw tharbamar review of these,he said these sound on the cold side of neutral,over emphasis on upper mid or high pitched sound,ok mids,moreover he said that these are more brighter than b&w 706 se,klipsh rp600m and focal aria 906,I was like wtf,he also said mid bass is not musical ,please clarify if you find it the same or it was his room
RD I would say, he is not wrong of saying over emphasis on upper mid or high pitched sound, but I don’t think the BR03 are that brighter to the B&W or the focal, but again I don’t have the 706 or aria 906 with me here, so I can’t tell you for sure, but in my opinion why he think the BR03 is so bright, probably due to the BR03 is a bit straight sounding, doesn’t has the refinement as the b&w and focal, and also it could be his gear matching

@@skysreviewdesk one more thing you should play with the placement for soundstage I think it should give big soundstage and sense of scale,not the biggest but big,play with the placements from the wall
@@RudraxT I have a pair of these. Placed two and a bit meters apart, they image well. Depends on the recording as with many speakers. They are certainly not bright. I frankly don't understand that comment. Tonal balance will depend on partnering equipement and the room. If anything they could be more incisive in the highs.

about soundstage and imaging,it does depend upon gear too right,and from what I have heard the smaller ones image better,I hope triangles comes up with something better than these in terms of imaging and soundstage
