That CTS-V will take that Camaro down in almost all categories. Except looks. But that is subjective. The CTSV wagon is a rare item and will be a classic someday. Maybe not as good as that Camaro, but still a classic.
Nice! Lemans Blue with white rally stripes on a 1969 Camaro Z/28 RS. 302, 4 spd, 3.73 rear axle ratio, front disc brakes, 4 leaf rear suspension, ZL2 cowl induction hood (optional), Endura bumper (optional), and 15 inch Rally wheels! The RS package is an appearance package upgrade which includes the hidden headlights, trim around the wheel wheels and back up/reverse lights under the bumper and different tail lights. Great engine! Way underrated on power...290? More like 400
I fugure mine had 350 or 375. Balanced , headers , offroad cam. 780 holley . Ran awfully good .
They ran well due to a good cam to crutch the poor heads. The Boss 302 was a far superior engine that came stock with a tiny (too small) cam.

Only with Tommy are you completely relaxed when the car slides around. With anyone else, there’s a brief moment of terror before you smile.
The same color as my 69 Z/28, Marina blue with the same color interior, brings back even more wonderful memories. I bought it at Applegate Chevrolet in Flint, Michigan in 1969. Mine didn't have the SS package, it was just the RS complete with 3.73 gear and a 4 spd trans. I was a 20 year old kid who thought he had all the time in the world and was 10 feet tall and bullet proof, lol. What a car!
Awesome story! These will always be cool imo
Not lemans blue?
@@jakefriesenjake ,
I'll never forget the build sheet on the window, wish I still had it, the sheet and the car, lol. BTW, yes, it was Marina Blue.
WE NEED MORE TOMY DRISSI AND HIS CARS.
Great to see someone drive their car hard.
Agreed 👊
I love this every time I see it, I used to drive like this all the time. Now everyone has a cell phone and you get in trouble.
2:30 some idiot in a toyota pulls right out in front of him
This is one clean badass original 69 Camaro.
Sure is and gets driven which I love!
@@AutotopiaLA Sounds awesome brother.
SICK!
Completely badass old school cool
I think this is one of my favorite episode... That dude is got to be the coolest Driver ever... lol
He loves to throw down. And races in the modern Trans Am series in a modern Camaro. He’s a badass!
God what I wouldn't give for a 1969 Z28RS. I think I speak for many.
*Z28RS/SS
@@tylercouture216 Its a Z/28 RS...no such thing as a SS Z/28 in a 1st gen Camaro...
Classic, classic car. Great video as always. Love it
That's a very nice ride all original👍
It’s such a beautiful classic
Drissi is the man!
So cool! Sure reminds me of my wilder younger days in my 1967 RS/SS 350 doing the donuts in the Church Parking lot up until I crashed and wasted my lower A arm. Well after locating a replacement and getting the frame aligned I was right back at it. So much wild raw horse power you gotta love it always. Still got the old Camaro after all these years need to re do the heads for today's pump gas cause baby was made for lead.
Sounds like a good one. These never get old
Do you want to sell it
Great video men great guy too not materialistic
He’s such a cool down to earth guy. Pure car guy and pro racer
You won't find a guy like that again rag an tag a cobra like it was a kit car um um um those ford guys must had drop a tear or two while he sitting back laughing from ear to ear hitting donuts that is the most epic thing 😂 he's like this what I think of it 😂so I ask what car would he babie
Parabéns só carros top 🚀
Tomy the “ doughnut”. I have to watch his driving every once in awhile.

Tomy is awesome! We’ve shot a few videos with him and he drives hard everytime
Seriously controlled violence at it's best and artistic!
