hi everyone ,if anyone else wants to discover keratosis pilaris home remedies try Elumpa KP Remedy Alchemist (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my buddy got cool results with it.
Dear Dr. Gardner, thanks for your videos. I am an Italian DVM and Inter of the Veterinary Pathology Division of Utrecht University, I will start my residency in veterinary pathology in the near future. For me your videos are something great, they are clear, easy to understand and as this one, short, so a perfect combination. I wanted to say only thanks for what you do, is very useful and interesting!
I like to talk about these cells as if they're people. Dr Gardner is a nerd, like most other pathologists are. I know because I'm a pathologist too. Thank you for another clear and helpful video. I'm a huge fan of your videos, your work and your mastery of the subject of Dermpath in general.
Superb teaching video! Love the quality and staining of slides as well. Thank you so much, Dr Gardner, for doing what you do and being an inspiration to many.
Excellent teaching video. Humanizing the human cells is a helpful in making the distinctions “stick” for me. Poor keratinocytes, naked and alone. I’d love to see you examine some, woven into tough fibers, from a patient with Morgellon Disease. Also to hear what you think about the unique physiology. Thanks for teaching us well.
OMG... Ive got no idea how many hours I've spent on that topic .... when its so easy,... wish I was doing residency under your supervision... anyway HUDGE thanks.

Awesome! If you want to learn more about melanocytes, check out my nevus video (ruclips.net/video/jKZDqJez9jw/видео.html) and my melanoma video (ruclips.net/video/8N0IZZpF8ts/видео.html) too.

It’s a type of autoimmune disease where lymphocytes (white blood cells) attack the melanocytes and destroy them. This leads to loss of skin pigment in the affected areas.
Beautiful melanoma. Is it true that African Americans have extra-cellular melanin, whereas European Americans have intra-cellular melanin (as shown)? It would be interesting to see the differing histology of their skin side by side for comparison. Where does the “melanin cap” reside in people of African descent ? Is that why they don’t get melanoma except in their nails and soles of feet ? Please clarify why they are immune to the sun’s ultraviolet effects.
I have been trying to speak more slowly my whole life but unfortunately I’ve been unsuccessful so far! Even most native English speakers say that I speak too rapidly. I’m sorry! Some of my videos have English subtitles. Also you can adjust playback speed to slow the video down. Click settings button in bottom right of video for these options. Best wishes.

I can't tell you how amazingly clear this video was. No one I asked could ever tell me why a melanocytes was a melanocyte.
I am so happy it helped you! Makes me glad to know these videos are benefiting others.
I would rather ditch my histology class and just watch your video. Thank you for making it fun to watch and learn
Dr Gardner, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. People all around the world benefit from your help. Please have my gratitude

Thank you, good differentials between melanocyte and keratinocyte
What a great pearl. Thank you for doing this video.
Very helpful video. I had never heard these very important details to differentiate between the two. Amazing

Sir pls upload video on vesiculobullous disorders of skin
Thank you for the great video
Very well explained. Thank u so much🙏🏼🙏🏼
The explanation is brilliant!
Great video! I’d love to see a video about how/why these melanocytes respond to 532 or 755nm laser.
Great explanation!!! Thanks dr buddy!
BEAUTIFUL
So beautifully described! Thank you.
Thank you ❤
thank you sir for this amazing video🙏
Thank you sir... beautiful description....
nice video explanation, can u explain koilocytotic change if possible?
Will try to cover that at some point. I think I touch on it in this video if I recall. ruclips.net/video/G31xlSgYSlw/видео.html
Why is it that the vacuole forms outside of the melanocyte during processing? I'd expect it to shrink with the cytoplasm not emerge outside of it.
Thank you!!!❤
thank you for simplifying this! are there any videos where you show eos/neutrophils?
Maybe I should make an eosinophils vs neutrophils video. Good idea! Thanks!
How can we repair damaged melanocytes pls?
Beautiful, thanks.
Sir u are rocking 😀
Well, good video. But how vitiligo works then. Do you know?
It’s a type of autoimmune disease where lymphocytes (white blood cells) attack the melanocytes and destroy them. This leads to loss of skin pigment in the affected areas.
Fantastic
Thank you
