La vita Italians e" bellissima! Lovely video Brad, particularly good that you showed one of my favourite towns to the South of Rome (there are many) - beautiful Isola del Liri in the evening. So many property videos miss this key element of Italian life and culture, the evening passeggiata (gentle stroll around town) and the evening meal al fresco especially in central/southern Italy. Thanks
I do agree with you about baths with showers. I’m terrified of falling and have had some major orthopaedic work. I definitely don’t need a fall. I wish I was ready to buy now. Unfortunately May 25 is my plan. Hello from South Australia.
Love the house just not big enough for us. I love these small houses and the Palaces you shoot. We are looking to retire early and move over with two tweens. Can you show a few family homes 3 or 4 bed room that are not 7000 sqft pallaces. Lol.
Sure! And make sure you look through my library of videos. I’ve done numerous houses that fit that bill. The particular houses may not be available anymore, but it’ll give you a good idea of value and price.
I don’t see physically, how you could join the two parts unless you converted the covered garage into indoor space. Probably wouldn’t be an issue to fence in the garden, at least part of it. I assume you have dogs…
@@BradsWorldThank you for the clarification on joining the two sections. And yes, our chows would definitely need a fenced in yard. Thank you for keeping hope alive!
I love your videos! Do you ever venture closer to Florence or actually in Florence? I lived in Prato for a year and a half and would love to have a rental property in Florence. I just got your book in and am already enjoying it!
Hi Shae! I have done some videos between Florence and Lucca but not in Florence. That’s a really crazy market. Sooooooo expensive. Maybe Prato would be better… always better just outside of big towns. Even Lucca is super expensive now.
Taxes aren’t squat once you get past the transfer taxes which won’t be much either. I’m guessing about €400-600/yr and zero on IMU if you are a resident and it’s primary residence.
@@BradsWorld wow! That is excellent and compared to USA it's zilch! Thanks so much for reply.I am enjoying these videos a lot.My grandparents were from Salerno so going back would feel like home!
The last time I heard someone say "I wish you could smell this bush", it was in the late 70s and she was an undercover cop 😔
The tree is a loquat, also called a Japanese plum. The fruit is edible.
Its a great house ! You could probably put a pool in that garden 😄 thanks for the video 👋

You are welcome and my pleasure to be there! ~Brad

Study study study your Italian. Next May will be here luckily split! (an American colloquialism for super fast!)
Wear crocks as shower shoes to prevent bathroom falls.#ProTip

Fragrant Nighttime Bush! You Got it!

Very nice property! Thanks for sharing with the world 😊
NO problem! It's what I do!
Ahaaa a good sushi bar, reason enough for me to live there. went to one here in Houston sunday.
A nice property.
I thought it filled a particular niche.
Hey Brad, that’s a loquat tree. Tropical and very delicious!
Thanks to everyone. I’ve probably had the fruit before but have never picked it off the tree! Probably had Loquat Gelato… 🥳
I like that place, mostly for the garden, but I can see potential in the house.
Thought it had a good solution for certain people.
Your book just arrived yesterday,Love your Chanel.
Great! Enjoy the read and let me know if you have questions.
Hi, just for the future, Postale is an ATM, too, as they have Postal Banking in Italy
Good to know.
Also that looks more like Sour Cherries because of the color!
When you try it you will know.
I tried them. Sweet and perfect!
Brad, I truly love watching your videos and if looking for property, unless you are perhaps Italian, I think anyone is well advised to contact you! 👍
That’s so nice to say!
They are loquats, Nespoli in Italian. Cheers from Australia.
Thanks Anne from DownUnder!
Loquat tree. My grandparents had several of them in their yard outside of Santa Cruz in California.
I used to frequent SC and had clients at the boardwalk. LONG time ago! (40 years! 🤪)

Your property presentations are good and thorough. Keep it going. I like them. Don't need to be "sexy."
Thanks!! -Brad
Alfano is my mother’s maiden name. They were from Santo Stefano Quisquina, Sicily. 😊
The tree with yellow fruit is called Nespola/e in Italian or loquat in English
Thanks! I have the most educated subscribers on RUclips!
That is a comquat tree with fruits that taste nice with big seed's inside of them.
Loquat tree it is, mostly found in Portugal
Nice property! Is it possible to join the two sections into one house? And is it possible to fence in the garden area? Thank you!

Apricot tree.
Don’t shoot the messenger but consensus was loquat…!?
Right, I went back to look at the leaves, it’s not apricot after all.
I think that tree is a Loquat tree
You were right!
Does he show houses in Tuscany?
Sometimes he does!!
@@BradsWorld Awesome. Thanks
