What the other person said. They likely already have the full tower modeled for new crossroads, and simply ripped the portion of the model needed as a backdrop for the announcements.
This happened to me about a month ago in this map while i was in a public game. I grappled through the roof of the laser tag arena and walked around for a bit. I spent the rest of the match wandering around, and I got to the glass part infront of the spawn. It was very cool to get to see through the boundaries, and what the developers left partially unmade, and such. I have been trying to recreate it, but I never managed to, so I just kinda gave up on it. Very cool tho!
You could also wallclip in the newest map Sword Fighting Tournament just time it on the roof corners of the small corridors on the side, youll be able to be the audience from up there
heres some explanation on what's happening (i tried my best to explain it :>) : when shuriken uses q (and tries to wallcling), the game checks for any possible faces/walls (not ceilings) for shuri to cling on. apparantly, the part of the face MMI clings on is not possible for shuri to cling on. so it searches for any other possible faces for shuri to cling on, including faces where you can clip out of bounds on. only one check is done here; a check to see if the face of a part is a floor, ceiling or a wall. once the game does those checks and finds a face for shuri to cling on, shuriken's position is then interpolated to that location, regardless of whether it falls inside or outside the bounds. there are no checks in place for determining if the player is out of bounds. so, yeah.
this happens to me often as biograft, i hold e, then do my ult which clips me through the roof of the bread crusher thingy and it makes me teleport off the map whenever this happens it always makes me laugh but then i dont know what to do and just stare through the window until i realize i can reset character
I found a different kind of clip with shuri that’s a lot more consistent on my channel and I fell like these videos are kinda popping up everywhere… shuri is broken 😔

The thing that constantly bothers me:
Why did the devs bother modeling entire flipside tower when you can't see it normally
it will be accessible and fully explorable when the crossroads revamp update comes out

I also found out you can get out the mall map from the iron cafe section, there should be a space between the corner wall and ceiling

i played bread factory as hyper and acedentally used e to teleport through the roof
