if you didn't know, you can also access the flipside tower and stand with valk and dom through /mallpayload it's an unused map and i cant explain how to here but theres a glitch video showcasing it. i can also show you in game to those curious UPDATE: you can also access the tower in test2 (/force test2) and 12 out of 15 phighters can get inside excluding hyperlaser, vinestaff and medkit! medkit might be able to with assistance (aka someone jumping with him so he can teleport) but still, the majority of phighters can access it! i poked around and experimented for like an hour lol

heres some explanation on what's happening (i tried my best to explain it :>) : when shuriken uses q (and tries to wallcling), the game checks for any possible faces/walls (not ceilings) for shuri to cling on. apparantly, the part of the face MMI clings on is not possible for shuri to cling on. so it searches for any other possible faces for shuri to cling on, including faces where you can clip out of bounds on. only one check is done here; a check to see if the face of a part is a floor, ceiling or a wall. once the game does those checks and finds a face for shuri to cling on, shuriken's position is then interpolated to that location, regardless of whether it falls inside or outside the bounds. there are no checks in place for determining if the player is out of bounds. so, yeah.

I do know it was possible in the floor, but I didn't expect it to be in the roof. it is a frame perfect and isn't really helpful at all.

This happened to me about a month ago in this map while i was in a public game. I grappled through the roof of the laser tag arena and walked around for a bit. I spent the rest of the match wandering around, and I got to the glass part infront of the spawn. It was very cool to get to see through the boundaries, and what the developers left partially unmade, and such. I have been trying to recreate it, but I never managed to, so I just kinda gave up on it. Very cool tho!

The thing that constantly bothers me: Why did the devs bother modeling entire flipside tower when you can't see it normally

I found a different kind of clip with shuri that’s a lot more consistent on my channel and I fell like these videos are kinda popping up everywhere… shuri is broken 😔

you can also use shuri to clip out of dodgeball! there’s not much going on outside but there’s a parking lot which is cool

You could also wallclip in the newest map Sword Fighting Tournament just time it on the roof corners of the small corridors on the side, youll be able to be the audience from up there

i played bread factory as hyper and acedentally used e to teleport through the roof

I also found out you can get out the mall map from the iron cafe section, there should be a space between the corner wall and ceiling

ik this is 4 months late but did yk that the flipside has chairs behind them (ik this cause i used freecam if ur windering how to use freecam it can only be used in a priv server by using shift + P) and the thing is they arent bothered to sit down in the chairs they just stand

they moved it and they got an invisible wall so we can't get on it anymore, aswell as the bassplate no longer have collision

i've gotten over to the tower with shuriken, if you angle your grapple just right you can clip through the invisible wall and get closeups of valk and dom

i think you could also get there by using katana m1s and m2s
