yeah it's oddly therapeutic in a way lol, it makes me not so afraid of pain and try to be calmer, and as someone with lots of anxiety im always trying to escape pain but these movies r like embracing it. i know it's all meant to be a joke and none of it is serious but its still strangely therapeutic for me

Currently watching the new Wednesday show on Netflix, and while I like the new Wednesday actress, and Catherine Zeta-Jones make a beautiful Morticia, I just had to cleanse my palate for a moment with this, the most iconic Addams Family cast. I think this is my favorite scene out of both 90s movies- every second of it.
I agree, Caroline Jones was of course iconic and had her own syle for the character. Anjelica Huston just pushed it a bit further and added so much to Morticia it's hard to really imagine anyone else as the Addams' matriarch.
