I agree. It always amazes me how people can only see on side of a situation. We try to sound so open minded, when we clearly arent(rant over). This stuff should be private until all facts are proven and case is solved. Then give out these stories. If the accuser was lying, give all names. If they weren’t don’t give their name. Nobodies name should be released to the press/media if they are accused of raping someone or if they claim they have been raped, until after the facts come out in the trial. If it is proven with FACTS in the Court of Law that somebody raped someone, then the name of the rapist should be revealed to the press/media. If it is proven that the person who accused someone of raping them is lying they should get the same amount of time in prison, the person they lied on would've got if he/she was wrongfully convicted.

PROPER RAPE ACCUSATION HANDLING 101: The way things SHOULD be handled is that a "victim" should be kept private to protect their identity and the accused person should be kept private to protect wealth, livelihood, etc UNTIL the results of the case are proven. What this does is it protects both oarties best interest and each person's livelihood it protected pending evidence proven case results. At that point, it should be made public.
Vlad you should be ashamed, you need to talk to rape victims and see if your opinion still sticks. If victims had to reveal their name to the public, victims would be too scared to say anything in fear of humiliation and these rapists will continue to get away with it.

Easy solution here, keep both the names of the accuser and the accused anonymous while the investigation is going on as a precaution to not falsely fuck someone's life up. If it turns out the accuser was lying, let the law deal with them and don't even bring the information to public light. If the accuser is telling the truth, then that's when you fucking blast the celebrity that was accused
