I have a question, since you didn't use glue for the ends and secured it by sewing, does the scrunchie fabric not become loose and come out from the ends? I wanted to sew this hairband without glue and so far yours is the only tutorial for it. Just had a doubt about the ends falling out
Hi, because I use linen fabric, it is hard to come out from the end. There’re one reason that the plastic headband I used has a sawlike at the below, it help to keep the fabric in place at the ends

Dsnt the piece of fabric fall out if you push it a little hard since it only sewn from the outside and not actually attchaed to the headband?

I think it’s possible to use elastic band. And you should adjust the measurement to fit with your daughter. I try making it and post a video if I can

Can you share any tips to avoid fabric slipping on the edge of headband?
hi, you can use the hot glue gun to keep the fabric in place ( use a light application of glue between the plastic headband and fabric). Hope this can help!

Hi, the size of the plastic headband that I used in this video is 8mm width

What kind of stitch?
Hi, the stitches I sewed are back stitch at 1:14 and hidden stitch (Invisible stitch) at 2:41. Hope this can help you
