We are fortunate to live in a time and in nations where we can discuss these things without attracting the attention of those priestly people who would want to torture us and to kill us.
Can't do *that* in Saudi-Arabia...or Egypt...or [insert Islamic nation]...
Gothead420 darn right. But Christian theocracies weren’t much better, at the time when they were ruling Europe. I don’t think we have any of those any more.
@@perilouspoozer3749 Yep, because of secularism.
@@perilouspoozer3749 there are still plenty of xians around that would take out those that don't buy their fairy tale
They can and do, instead of barbarism and wicked looking weaponry for harmful reasons. But it's done in form of taxes, lack of affordable and accessible healthcare, and outsourcing jobs. Torture doesn't have to be physically painful, and being killed can be purposely done over a period of time.
But I do agree on in principle with your comment
Claiming to understand the wishes of a supernatural being who is ' beyond space and time' is surely a sign of delusion bordering on madness.
Why "bordering " ?
Yes finnaly a channel that makes sense
@Agatan Foundation
Did you upload the following episodes elsewhere? They don't come up in the search. I'd love to watch more of this series.
I haven't made one but now that I see you guys like it I will.
Eager for episode two!
Still eager! Great work.
Brilliant, there’s nothing like listening to common sense. Pity religious people have no idea that it exists.
Thank you
I disagree this video is "common sense." COMMON sense believes in the Bible. Uncommon sense is displayed in this video. Sad!
@@rippelfamily Slave of indoctrination and frightens by ancient myth. I want to say more, but as a good, moral and decent Atheist I do not want to insult you or your believe system.
@Bob Rabbins I agree.
@@willievanstraaten1960 I think it's more related to people NOT thinking for themselves and instead CHOOSE the easy way and follow the person in front, without ever questioning anything they see. Even if they know deep inside, something isn't adding up.
I didn't know luchadores were from space . 😜
You should make more videos
This vid feels like it belongs in the old Adult Swim lineup on Cartoon Network. It’s like Space ghost Coast to Coast meets Tom Goes to the Mayor. Trippy
So right!!
Knowledge destroy all gods. It was the only thing that makes God afraid, a weakness in humans, present in their God.
I'd advise you to do exactly what Hitchens and Sam did, study the bible focus not only on the bad things but also on the good, and on completion of the bible ask yourself if it is true or false. Don't just go with the majority investigate it yourself
LOL! I always wanted to see a scenario like this, but I had envisioned something like an amnesiac, this was better.
love this, perfection 😂👌
also where is episode 2?!
@Veizai how kind of you to take time from your day to correct my lapse in concentration, Seven blessing my friend.
More of these please.
I can't believe how long it took for this awful belief system to be exposed, it breaks my heart!
Thank you for your work, aliens.
@G Will You lost me with your first word. They who? And also, after a brief skim, please don't answer because this is clearly a conversation not worth having 🤣
I was wondering, did Noah have a fish tank on his boat?
What did the termites eat?
He wanted one, but then there wouldn't have been room for the dinosaurs. I learned that from the Ark Encounter, there, in Kentucky.
That’s not as daft as it sounds. If the sea remained saline, it would have been necessary to capture and house the freshwater fish in fish tanks. Likewise, if the deluge caused the seas to become much less salty, the ark would have needed to protect the saltwater species. I think we may have uncovered a new hole in the plot.
flurng if my experience is anything to go by, his wife wouldn’t let him have a fish tank (or a motorbike)
So we assume that the flood was fresh water, right? So all the fish that live in salt water would be fucked. Wait, I forgot, their magic sky monkey can make predators not need to eat or poop while on the boat, so making it so fish could survive in less salty water is a snap.
Good job!! I wish you would visit Earth again to give us more alien perspectives. You can stay at my place. (Did you buy that Planetary Society t-shirt for your friend during your visit?)
This is interesting.......will have to keep track of this.
Thank you David
Excellent, humorous, truthful description of total absurd nonsense called Christianity, completely rubbish, yet most profitable moneymaking of all times.
Brilliant pure genius guys !!!
Theist utterings qualify as delusions in the DSM-V. It's impossible to have a rational discussion with them.
Not all. There are a lot of theists who are open to a honest and peaceful discussion. Just as we both know, there are a lot of atheists who are impossible to have a rational discussion with. I'm an atheist and I've come across different types from both sides.
Question is, how can a honest and unbiased discussion be had between the two?
@@sammysam2615 Both put your feelings aside. That is the key to most problems in the world. Hurt f*cking feelings.

Was always curious what General Grevious thought of Creationism.
But seriously keep up the attack on intelligence that is religion.
"intelligence that is religion?" Seriously? I would call that the idiocy that is religion. I attack religion, with reason, truth, history and science, whenever I can. Religion is dangerous. It's also nothing but lies. It is illogical, self contradicting, contradicts reality and defies any sense of reason. Religion can not survive in the light of truth and enlightenment. However, getting people to admit the truth, which most of them already know, deep down, is extremely difficult. These people have invested so much of themselves into the dogma, that it has become an integral part of their identity and they are too afraid to abandon the lies. Part of that fear is the loss of their identity, but the rest is really fear of being ostracized by all the other religious people they know. Religious people are the most intolerant, hateful and potentially violent people on this planet, when they are dealing with people who aren't part of their belief system. It's all based on lies.
@@mephistounderwood4917 I’m pretty sure they’re saying religion is an attack on intelligence not that religion is an example of intelligence.
@@muttleycrew I think it is you who misunderstood my reply. I was commenting on the original commenter's statement.
If you look further down the list of comments, you will se that I made an actual comment agreeing with the video and how it highlighted the idiocy of religion. LOL.
It's so refreshing to hear a simple and logical conversation about God and Christianity along with the confusing and seemingly illogical aspects of all religions, the ultimate paradox. And humans playing extraterrestrials who, if they were genuine, would most likely ask the same questions, as well as act and seem confused just like the two actors portrayed. It's very interesting how easy and simple it can be to explain complex subjects.
Got more funnier as video goes on.
Actually it was six days for the creation story, god rested on the seventh day.
He was very tired so took the day off.
Whats up with voice over. I wanna hear what they really said
I saw one small error. According to the Bible, God didn't kick out the two stupid people for eating the fruit of good and evil. God kicked them out because He didn't want them eating fruit giving eternal life. This point is interesting.
According to the Bible, God planted two trees. One tree gave knowledge of good and evil. The other tree eternal life.
Christians, interpreting the whole Story, claim the two stupid people already had eternal life until God took it away as punishment for eating the fruit of the tree of knowledge.
This interpretation means God planted a tree that would provide eternal life which the two stupid people already had. So prohibiting the two stupid people from eating its fruit would be pointless. Could the Christian interpretation be wrong? What does Skepticula think?
Chris Ripple "According to the Bible, God planted two trees." Where did he get the tools. I have planted many trees and your quot makes for a funny image. God digging and the rest.
@G Will just repeating like you did. G Will Your uninformed comment is the worst bullshit I have seen in a long time. They make no claims they just tell the story of religion. G Will truth can be a painful burden if it goes against your conditioned mind set. Sorry
last I checked there was no intelligence on earth, and that was 5 minutes ago
Guys, this was great. I admit, I initially was very sceptic and didn't know what to expect. But you made it a good show full with food for thought. Unfortunately, my guess is: those who will benefit most from this aren't going to listen. Thumb up, and more please!

at least you didn't have some lamb ass music playing telling us what emotion we should be feeling in the background
It was a good effort guys, but it's wildly inaccurate.
If aliens came to earth and we told them about our religions and theology and god and all of that crap, the aliens would immediately lose the power of speech, due to the uncontrollable laughter that they'd be stricken with. They'd be unable to talk, to move, to write or to think, really. They'd just be laughing incessantly and slapping their knees (if they have them), pointing at us and laughing without end. After a day or two of this non-stop laughter, the aliens would be pretty tired and would need sleep, so they'd try distracting themselves by thinking of something sad, like war. But then they'd remember that most of our wars were fought by theists, over religious ideals and they'd go right back to laughing...
You said: kids don't listen to their parents. Damn, that's such an asinine and ignorant comment! Kids are like sponges; they listen and copy everything they see and hear.

"What is God? Is it a what? Or is it a who? Is it an it? Is he a he? Is she a she? Believers say that God is the entity that created creation. Everything you see is the work of God: trees, hills, bumble bees, pancakes, stars, chocolate pudding, lava, incandescent light bulbs. God made it all. He's a busy guy, if he is a guy, and if he exists, and if he is discernible to the human mind. God. Is it just something to scream when we're mad or when we're cumming? Is he just someone to thank before every meal? Is she our mother earth, forests sewn into her skin like hairs and rivers strewn throughout her body like veins? What is God? Maybe God is an if. If we don't know the answer, then the answer is God. If God makes us feel good, then God is real. If all my friends believe that there is a God, then there is a god. Maybe God is a contingency plan; an ejector seat when reality becomes too difficult. Some say that God is manifest in the splendor of the universe. Why then is he not manifest in the squalor of the universe? We say "God damn it!" when we stub our toe, as if God will hear us and smite the table that we stubbed it on. We say, "God willing," when we hope that God will intercede on the behalf of our cause. We say "God bless you," when someone sneezes, because apparently God cares a lot about the rapid expulsion of mucus from your nostrils. We say, "God help us," when doom approaches. We say, "Oh my God," when exasperation overtakes us. We say, "Why, God?" when malady afflicts us. We say, "God works in mysterious ways" when what we really mean is that the universe acts in random and callous ways. We say, "God bless America," or "God save the Queen," or something similar to express our loyalty towards whatever government power lords over our lives. We say, "God is watching," to instill fear. We say, "God is good," as if to convince ourselves that this is true. We call the righteous men, "God-fearing." Fearing God is righteous. God-loving is not a term that has yet entered the common vernacular, though God is sometimes referred to as a "Loving God." We say, "In God we trust," but if that were true, then what use would we have for all these tanks and missiles. We say, "God helps those who help themselves." But those who help themselves don't need God's help. What is God? Is God an X. A variable? A place marker? God is that which we need God to be. A despot one moment, a redeemer the next. One who will love you, but send your enemies to roast in flames. One who is so great that he created the universe, yet so petty that he persecutes the homosexuals. One who explains everything that isn't explained, until someone else explains it. Believers, I ask: is God you? Is God your biases? Is God your judgments? Is God your ego? Let's cut to the chase: Are you God? When you say, "God damn this chair!" aren't you really the one damning the chair. When you say, "God Bless America!" aren't you really expressing your own love for America. When you say, "God doesn't approve of the sinners," aren't you really saying that you don't approve of someone, and so you've slapped the sinner label on them. When football players thank God for victory, aren't they really saying, "Thank God for making me so great."? Isn't God a crutch, not just for your life, but for your ego? Without God, would your perception of the world collapse? Or would it broaden beyond your mind's ability to comprehend? What is God? What is God? I think, believers, that God is the opinions that you can't otherwise justify. God is your intellectual laziness. God is your ego. God is that which you need God to be. God is X. God is the sum of all your willful ignorance. God is a convenience. God is a social adhesive. God is exclusionary. God is your bigotry. God is an excuse. God is your clever ploy to avoid thinking, responsibility and the need to develop a sense of social justice. God is your lie. What is God? God isn't real."

What happened to this channel?
He couldn’t keep posting his usual content because of constant copyright issues.
First you have to define Bible's God. Is he 3 in 1 or 1 in 3. Is he the weék part incasinated in a human body that was crussified and dismayed by God's creaturs? Or is He the all-mighty that deserve worship and respect?
Uhm, whats with the random instagram girls ... ???

Is this part of ISIS?
No, just makeshift covid masks.
This guy talks about two different things that are not compatible scientific facts that make sense and religious fiction that makes no sense one thing has to be true
Must be nice to just be able to make claims without evidence. This is how all religions are. They make literally unbelievable claims and then try to put the burden of proof on those of us who don't believe those claims.
God is magic, magic isn't real, end of conversation.......
Jesus still loves you all.
Sorry, but I couldn't finish it: Too "preachy", can you believe it? Slow-paced, uninteresting, boring, and what was the point of it?
Basically, how utterly nonsensical xianity is if you tried to explain it to someone who did not know what religion was. But don't get butt hurt, this can be applied to all religions just the same.
Joe, I DO understand christianity, having been required as a kid to learn each of the religions/sects in our neighborhood, That included sampling several examples of Christianity, including(briefly) Catholicism. Belief of any one was optional, an option I couldn't take when I realized that ALL "christian" sects preached they were the only RIGHT one, though I couldn't see a hair's-breath difference between them . I still remember enough to "pass" as a generic Christian, speak the lingo, can debate basic theology, but have no reason (yet) to say "I don't know how that happened/happens, therefore it must be god." which too many, IMO, invoke at the slightest excuse.Another trouble I have is that their god is so arbitrary, capricious, and SPITEFUL, it doesn't seem to matter what we do.
"Preachy": boring and treating the listener as an idiot BOTHER me. Guy might as well be talking to himself, which seems the case here. I'll still leave the question of god/gods open, just in case and live being as good as I can, because it pleasures me and because it does seem to be the primary, overarching rule.
@@jerelull2619 I am good, I think and not because of an in case scenario but because it is the right thing to do and because it is nice to live moral and treat people and animals and plant well.
Interesting but I didn't like the costumes and presentation
Science never conflicts with itself? Lol, how about when scientists keep overturning what they believed in the past?
I don't think you know how scientific methodology works. "Overturning" is the wrong word, rather updating or evolving what's most likely correct, not 'truth', is perpetuated until something better comes along. Science isn't absolute or infallible. But you knew this..
@@chynz330 -
That's just semantics. You're making the same point with slightly different words. Science conflicted with itself. That's why it had to change. 🙄 Nevertheless, some hypotheses are slightly off; some are completely off. Some have to be revised; others have to be entirely thrown out, overturned, etc. The scientific method even accommodates the possibility of their being thrown out.
@@covenantsoul8027 yes, science changes when better evidence is presented. This is not true for any religion. They do not change even though overwhelming evidence exists that directly contradicts their world view. The bible can't even tell creation and the resurrection the same way twice. You would think god might have made sure those stories were spot on.
@@joecoolioness6399 - The truth doesn't need to change. It was true from the beginning. It is revealed by God. You are nitpicking on interpretive details. Stay focused on the big picture:
(1) God created the world.
(2) Humanity corrupted himself and nature, and therefore is on the road to destruction.
(3) God offers to save us through Jesus who paid the penalty for our sins and proved His identity by rising from the dead.
Get concerned about your sins. Repent, and you can get off the road to destruction.
@@covenantsoul8027 so if God is the ultimate creator then even the mistakes of man (sins) are part of this creation. Then man is blamed for making mistakes? Also were supposed to follow Jesus teachings but Jesus knew he was the son of God. He knew about everything already. As human beings we're born with no such knowledge, only doubt. Which is why there is science, to make sense of life.
If I knew the bottom of a 1000ft cliff was nothing but sponge cake, would you jump off because I told you to?
Everything comes across as hypocritical in the bible. More so when ”man” tries to mansplain it to other men. I prefer investigating for myself and making decisions based on reality.
But I dont deny anyone else their opinions of crazy angry Gods that say they love by killing your family. Go right ahead and worship that. Just dont come to my house and tell me I'm a sinner and kill me. That for your God to decide.
wtf is this?
