Are there any mods that disable the creation kit content? I am using a modified Nolvus v5. I downloaded a skimpy armor replacer but the armors used by the guards and imperials won't seem to change. I am guessing that by default the creation kit content is taking priority.

If the mod came with meshes, try placing them in the overwrite/meshes folder.
