I wrote this out for myself because I kept forgetting the details. • 8 hours in-bed with maximizing sleep efficiency (red lights, temp, light dimmed, no screens etc) • 5AM wakeup (Increase the activation energy for getting up) - My Tip: Get Alarmy for this • Cold water on face • Brush Teeth • Morning stretch for energy 30min • 5:30-5:45AM - Journal (Goals, affirmations, principles, gratitude list, what's on my mind, 3 things I did great yesterday, one thing I need to improve and how I'm going to improve it today) • Read for 20min • Self-development time: Learn/Study (Whatever you want to learn) • 6:30-7AM Start work • 12PM First Meal Note: Workout after your day is done (6pm for example) to save up most energy for working out.
Daily habits are definitely responsible for making money . Personally I start at 6am gotta work so I don't have much time in the morning . Some if these habits I do after work . But cold showers coffee some stretches and gratitude and focus on what I want to achieve and my goals have really upped my life game and mental for success. Thank u for sharing

how about not killing it at the gym in the morning during the week, but do more maintain training. I heard the "sour" blood should be renewed after sleep - to be more energized during the day. Late training causes new viral blood before sleep.. not an expert in this, but I live by it.. and do no training in the morning..
