For lower abs do eigths with legs. Nice workout, gonna mix up my training :) I wish you also mentioned that you could do that for months but your abs won't show unless your body fat is low. Nutrition>workout

Ive just tried this and i am destroyed, but my abs have kind of faded past month or so and im going away to ibiza with friends so i want to burn them back, so i am going to do this one twice a day. And ill check out anna’s website aswell

Conan this is def. the wrong workout if you cheat. I mean for building abs. Its still a good little power endurance Workout if you cheat, but cheating means bad form, bad form in abs workout means you‘ll train more of lower back, hip flexors and so, which just doesnt make this workout more effektive than a common one with more breaks (for better form).

Do you think it mostly covers the upper abs or a variation could also include the lower abs? It would be very useful. Thanks a lot! :)
Those are like all endurance exercises.its going to burn, but there is so much momentum involved. I think another aspect of core training is pure strength. That requires more controlled movements and better form.
Absolutely, this was just an endurance workouts!! In my program, this is one of 6 circuits and the others target core stability and strength with more isometric movements. We went with the endurance one as we were in a park with no equipment 😀
I have an after climb session with this video. Absolute torture, still haven't made it through one rep with out breaks. Great work out though. Hearing others struggle eases the pain. Cheers all
At least one day rest, but would depend on what other exercise you do. Most exercise works your core to some degree so possibly longer. The muscle fibres need time to repair after an intense workout like this. Best bet is to judge how it feels; if you really feel it just walking around, bending over etc. it's too soon to repeat
Love the content. But I wouldn't recommend this routine, unless you're looking for cardio and stamina. Some of these exercises are great but a few of these exercises are inefficient, potential of injury if you're taller/heavier and there are better alternatives. Also beware of anyone giving routines without form cues and progressions. For strength and mobility I'd recommend Calisthenicmovement or as a beginner to training abs Bodyline drills from Antranik/Reddit recommended routine.
Also are you sure the rest between rounds is 1-2 minutes and not 1-2 months asking for a friend

If you are using a DSLR to film you can get an action cam/GoPro mount that goes in the hot-shoe, and you can then put on an action cam to face Tom. 😊

As you said, so much momentum involved, in my opinion would be nice to add some compensation exercises for the lumbar bridge muscles.
