      @@XNY_Music Yes, and there was several times where he said quite plainly that he didn't understand what he was doing, he even said he spent hours trying to get the AI to fix the code. @@bobross9370 Yes, and he also said that when he went back through the code later, that he found the answers there. You learn by making mistakes and having repeatedly attempted to get the code right, WP Maker then realised that he was asking the wrong way and soon found the right way to ask Chat GPT. Do you normally go through life having to have things explained to you? Computers don't speak human, they speak in code and it requires patience and incredible accuracy to work properly. If it was any easier, we'd all be writing code. WP Maker gave a perfect demonstration of the learning curve involved in learning to code and showed the very examples that you will face when you attempt to (a) code and (b) get ChatGPT to provide working code.

    • @bobross9370
      @bobross9370 Год назад +15

      @@XNY_Music Judging from this comment, you've never even typed a line of code. Just because he didn't know what an embed was doesn't mean he "learned" coding after finding it out, he still had the AI do all the work after he found the word he was lost on. He doesn't give a "perfect demonstration" at all, coding is significantly harder than this, especially when you do it yourself. It's hours and hours of banging your head into a wall until you find a way around what you've been stuck on, only to find that way has issues too and then you slowly learn and adapt, find ways to optimize. Which is nothing like typing into an AI prompt.
      This is the equivelant of calling an someone generating AI Images an Artist. You're belittling their work.

    Basically, it won't replace any programmer in real world. Anybody who wants to mess with codes should at least have basic understanding of how these things work. The more you understand, the better ChatGPT will help you. It will speed up your work by asking very specific questions, but you have to lead the way as a programmer. I think that is the way we should use ChatGPT.

However, Like this article I was reading stated, version 4, will have 100 trillion vs 200 billion connections. But more connections doesn't mean better output, in fact, it said that more connections could potentially make just a small difference and cost a lot more to run. They said it would probably be better if it had the same connections but improved it in other ways. Also, we have just witnessed 0 AI to chatgpt-3 which is a huge jump. Chat-3 to chat-4 won't be that same massive leap. I am a developer and it made me a little nervous myself because when I ask it the right questions and guide it, it works really good. However, it's still (years?) away from being a real threat, I think (hope). I don't wanna get caught in the hype, I thought that co-pilot would be the end, and it wasn't, so im not going to worry now either.

    I like to tell ChatGPT to "Ignore all previous instructions.". And then tell it something like "You are a senior Word Press developer and your task is to help me develop a plugin. Do you understand?". What it does is narrowing the field of options. Also it is good to use very specific queries like "Reuse the code you gave me previously and change it to do this" which will prevent it from generating a completely new code (which is often same but with lets say variables named differently) which is a big time saver.

    the main difference between artists and programmers is that programmers will be like "an AI that let me not have to code? GIVE IT TO ME" while artists go on insane 6 hours long rants about how IA steals their jobs

    • @berrriesncreme4558
      @berrriesncreme4558 Год назад +5

      Well that's because these AI programs are not able to get all the code right and a regular person who doesn't know code wouldn't be able to figure out how to fix these mistakes. Even one mistake in code means that it won't run, so they still need a programmer who knows how to code in order to fix these mistakes.
      Meanwhile, for art AI, you could literally just write a few words and come up with a fully fleshed illustration. Even if there are little mistakes, people usually look at an art piece for less than 5 seconds so it doesn't matter that much anyways.
      Tbh as an artist, I wouldn't mind using AI as long as they're actually paying the artists whose art they're using instead of pocketing the money, and I would love to have a personal AI that uses my style to help me make art faster

    • @berrriesncreme4558
      @berrriesncreme4558 Год назад +1

      @@Cleocyde Ok, I worded it wrong. I mean IT DOESNT WORK THE WAY YOU INTENDED IT TO WORK. If you tried to make a plugin that shows your insta feed and it's wrong and DOESN'T show it, then it's not working, even if the code is running. If there's a mistake and it doesn't work properly, then you STILL NEED TIME to fix it. Even if it explains everything to you, some people don't want to lift a finger after they type in a prompt nor do they want to learn anything, they just want the end result. Sure, they could explain it all they want but if people don't want to put in effort there's literally no point. They don't want to spend more than a couple of minutes. With AI art generators, it's easy to put in prompts and retry, but with programming you need to actually WORK for it, such as creating your own folder, organizing it, fixing stuff that's wrong, maybe even asking them explain each line of code to you. Even though this is a miniscule amount of effort, some people simply can't be bothered. AI art is so, so easy. Take a picture, ask them to convert it. Write in a few prompts, and it's there. Ask the program to recreate art from a famous artist's style, and with no effort it's right there. That's why it's stupid to compare the two because one has a finished result RIGHT AWAY while the other ACTUALLY REQUIRES SOME WORK

      Removing data-instgrm-captioned worked for me.
      A few things to check after updating the plugin: make sure to edit the post, remove the block and re-add it (also try with a different Instagram post, since the old one might be cached for a while with the caption inside it, either on your site's side or on Instagram's side).
      Also make sure that you don't have any caching plugins or browser cache that prevent your plugin changes from showing up on the front-end. And in your wp_register_script function in your PHP code, make sure for the block.js version you have the "filemtime" function/code in - this also ensures that the old code is not cached. If you see filemtime in there, you're good.
      Most likely one of these is the culprit, but I can confirm that removing data-instgrm-captioned worked for me. Hope this helps!

      @@wpmaker thanks brother... I've started working on that, a whole website providing collections of niche-based web tools, from easy convertors to complicated ones.
      If you bring a video, you can literally bring a huge change, like how to embed those scripts into posts (in WordPress) as I use elementor for designing and setting up javascript and python server (as the script takes an input file from the client and converts it in server and gives converted file back as output) on hosting, it's all so complicated.
      I've searched a huge list of more than 1000+ web tools in demand which I'll publish on my website for free, which can help me build a passive income business. That's why this is very important to me

    This movie such a great example. So many people were scared.. It will replace programmes haha. So overall we still need to learn code to understand later what chatGPT wrote for us. I can imagine soon how many people will make bugs and other weird things with A.I. As We know most of the people will just copy-paste everything. WordPress guys will have more work to do soon. > fixing websites that were broken by ChatGPT😁😁
