- StarClan treated Leafpool so terribly. They gave her powers which they stripped away, they gave her to OK to date Crowfeather but didn't stand up for her after she got in trouble for it. She deserves so much better.
I made this in three hours so I hope it's okay.

I always hated how Starclan made Firestar's children out to be the bad guys after everything he did for them. Its a massive slap in the face

I love that the fandom is talking about Leafpool again because she really did give everything.
She gave up her happiness all for a clan and all for her children that didn’t care about her. Squirrelflight in comparison was forgiven by her clan mates, forgiven by the kits, forgiven by Brambleclaw, made deputy, had kits of her own, became leader. Squirrelflight got her happy ending while Leafpool was cast distrusting looks and never forgiven truly forgiven by anyone, even Starclan.
Her own children literally argued about her over her dead body lying in the middle of camp during her vigil. She deserved so much better.
"You died disobeying your leader"
Maybe she disobeyed, but she saved the kits life. if she didn't disobey him, the kits would have died. Would StarClan have wanted that to happen? i thought it was in the warrior code to protect kits no matter where they are from
What about the rule "the leaders word is law"?
Well, in this case, no matter the choice, the code will be broken. Leafpool could only obey one rule and break the other. Either obey your leader and let helpless kits die, or save kits and disobey your leader. Honestly I would have picked the latter and go with Leafpool’s choice.
I read Squirrelflights hope and the Starclan council was debating whether to send Leafpool and Squilf to the darkforest while Ashfur was RIGHT THERE yknow the guy who tried to kill both his leader and the kits born out of leafpools breaking of the code
I heard about that scene and I just wanted to scream at starclan for being stupid toxic lazy useless and a bunch of douche bags
YES We need to see more pmvs of Leafpool getting angry with Starclan, cause in reality they screwed up her and her sisters life
They were both done so dirty. Starclan practically told them to do it then they turned around and blamed it all on them???
Fr, Leafpool and Squirrelflight deserved so much better, I actually made a video of Squirrelflight cussing out StarClan for this exact reason.
I hate StarClan sm. This is the exact reason. They are hypocrites towards Squirrelflight and Leafpool, and who knows how many other cats. Leafpool served them her whole life, and this is how they treat her. They were the ones who convinced her to follow her heart, to give those kits to Squirrelflight, manipulated her sister into thinking she was barren. Only for them to turn their backs on her, saying they need to decide whether they should let her in or not. You’d think her mother and father would actually vouch for her in this case.
Great work as always. Sorry this turned into a rant, lol.
Two things:
1. Moth Flight had a hissy fit because Leafpool handled having kids better than her. She had a support system whereas Moth Flight had none. If Moth Flight had the support and care from her parents/mate (who tragically died)/clan, then the whole medicine cat rule of having no kits wouldn't have been made.
2. While Moth Flight threatened that they could have chosen any kits for the prophecy, the prophecy is OLDER than Star Clan themselves.

That shot of Leafpool's paw where her claws come out? 11/10!
Also her freckles are adorable.
And I love the colour scheme of Starclan cat - not usual white-blue, but purple-dark blue!
The whole starclan judgement thing is just a toss up on how well you can argue and manipulate a bunch of cats into accepting you into their group.
She really did though, sacrificed everything including a future with her mate and kits to continue caring for her clan. Also I love your leafpool design! ❤

@@5rcane they are referring to when Yellowfang begged her to lie and for Squirrelflight(star) to take in the kits, then they were angry at her for lying despite it being their idea.

You have every right to feel bad for her. Sure she broke the warrior code but gave everything she loved, all her happiness, she threw it away to serve loyally to her Clan.
Leafpool has been one of my favorites ever since I started the series, and it honestly broke my heart that she lost so much. Love this.

If leafpool never returned so SAVE here clan then her and CrowFeather and their kits would’ve been together and living happily if a little on edge…she did everything for her clan giving up her true love, having a strained relationship with her kits, the guilt….it makes me sad to think about what her life could’ve been like
All leaf pool and squirrel flight ever did was listen to what was “best” which was following star clans words to a T, little did they know that when finally meeting there precious star clan that they literally gave there lives and full trust too. They would be looked down on like criminals for there “actions” that they where told BY THEM was the only way at the moment. They almost didn’t make it into star clan because they TRUSTED star clan’s judgement.
don't you just love it when your all powerful religion gives you the okay to do something and then later puts you on trial (with the consequences of you losing being sent to cat hell) for that very same thing they had told you to do!

I just hate watching good characters get treated so awfully just for them to reach a mediocre ending. everybody hated her and abandoned her therefore i hate everyone

4cane please do a video of how unbalanced StarClan truly is? So many terrible cats got away with their own crimes,like AshFur! Not to mention they didn’t do this with YellowFang who literally had a forbidden relationship with RaggedStar and had kits of her own, and had also born BrokenStar! Not to mention GreyStripe and SilverSteam, BlueStar and OakHeart too! So if anything LeafPool should go to StarClan!

Great animation, but honestly,..I prefer Squirrleflight, like, wayyyyyy over Leafpool. Cause Leaf sorta just dumped her kits on squirrel, like “oh yeh um so I’m not supposed to have these kits, so…maybe u could, idk, lie to your clan and mate, I mean, nah im sure u can do it.” (No offense to LeafCrow shippers)

Actually, Leafpool didn’t dump the kits on her. StarClan is to blame for this mess, since they manipulated both sisters. It’s okay to not like a character, don’t get me wrong! But Leafpool wanted to raise the kits herself, she was just very much lied to by StarClan.
