I don't want to go into all the minutia on details, but the short of it is, I've had a flight delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight, only to have my rebooked flight fail requiring a replacement plane to be flown in to get everyone who's stranded here home. I'm currently waiting on that plane and I'm at the end of my rope. So getting your response of continued support helps. Thank you.
