I agree with you about seeing each book separately. It’s important to realize that the Bible is actually an anthology bound in one codex or volume;however, all of it authored by God. Thank you!

Thanks for the very helpful review. I've been searching for a single column ESV -- but preferably with large print (and not a "journaling Bible"). I still prefer one with verse indicators though. My wife and I read through the Word (aloud) each morning and the verses help to sync our reading. We use different Bible versions for each reading-aloud trip through the entire Bible. We've decided to go with ESV this next time around. It just seems that there aren't many options for the ESV (at least not as many as other versions/translations). I'm not looking for a study Bible (since I already have so many). We like to focus on the Bible itself for our morning readings (and we can study more in depth via Bible apps or elsewhere).
Any suggestions?

Looks like a nice reader for reading out loud.
The ribbons, I am guessing the color is tan. I think it would be nice to have a readers Edition of your favorite translation too.
Holman makes a multi-volume cloth over board CSB readers set. I think it’s only about a hundred bucks.
Nice review. Actually, I have no problem reading through the Open Bible as a book because the verse numbers are mostly in the text. That is just me. Thanks.
