Just saw this today and I can honestly say I still may need a decade or two to process... that. I feel brainwashed after that assault on the senses that was the final scene. And whenever a character came along with a point of view that justified trumpism and I was mentally running over the refutations in my head and then they just go straight for liberal pride and arrogance with the performative, carefully rehearsed answers or whatever the line was and i was like................... well. I have to write an essay on five things i liked and five things i didn't and im having a hard time coming up with stuff (partly because a lot of the first act was fairly forgettable filler stuff about cookies and the bits that you remember are mostly the omg its a naked caesar/aztec god scottish trump) but. It was certainly. A lot.
