Navy single-breasted suit, white shirt, solid red tie, shiny black cap toes = standard male dress uniform for many decades, made ubiquitous by IBM. Don't read too much into it. A more casual or dressy look is had by changing out the tie and/or adding stripes and/or a different color shirt. Don't read too much into it. I didn't like Obama in the beige suits I saw him wear. Didn't hit too well, IMO. But he could carry off a good tie.

Wow all of the republicans males wearing a suit with a red tie… As in, the same attire all of them wear every debate since time immemorial
Not true. While the dark blue suit is a go to favorite for almost all male politicians, if you image search Republican and general election debates of the past you'll see Chris Christie in a light blue tie, Romney with a light blue tie with white dots, Ron Paul in a dark blue tie with light blue and white bold diagonal stripes, Rick Perry in a light blue tie, Herman Cain with a light yellow tie, Jon Huntsman in a bold yellow tie, Rick Santorum wearing a purple tie with some busy tight pattern on it, Ted Cruz has worn a dark blue or black tie with diagonal silver stripes over a light blue shirt, etc. Mostly they go for the white shirt. Also Rick Perry has worn a black suit, Newt Gingrich a black suit with a white shirt and red tie, I think Herman Cain was wearing a black suit with the yellow tie and white shirt.
They're not wrong about every Republican trying to be Trump's doppelganger today when it comes to their choice of blue suit, white shirt, red tie. Which is the go to outfit Trump usually wears today.
But even though Trump has settled into that as his go to look, during his debate against Hillary Clinton he wore a blue tie, debating Biden he wore a dark blue or black tie with widely spaced red diagonal stripes. etc.
Today every republican has to be his doppelganger with the same look too. 😂

Fashion determines the presidency. Trump had Melania with the first time around. Now he doesn’t. Everyone wanted to see what Melania was wearing. Obama. Everyone wanted to know what Michelle was wearing. I learned that in fashion school.

Nikki Haley hasn't dopped out of the race. At 1:45, you state that both Chris Christie and Nikki Haley both dropped out. Christie did, Haley didn't. As of Feb 02, 2024, Nikki Haley is still in the 2024 presidential race.

I hav always wondered y Trump doesn't get a dermatologist & a makeup artist? If he has so much $ y doesn't he use it to improve his physical image? The closeups of his skin are pretty shocking for someone who supposedly has $. People can do wonders w/ makeup; it's obvious Trump wears foundation, bronzer etc. The point is to look like U R Not wearing it even if u r.
As much as Trump was photographed during his presidency he wud really benefit from an artist that makes him look photo ready. We all know how vain Trump is & how important image is to him; then Y doesn't he @ least follow thru & hav a nice physique?
