✈ A very nice experience in this A321 that had some real business class seat! It is a new aircraft with 5 rows for C passengers. First five minutes captured by my phone (Samsung) then a full frame DSLR.

Istanbul Ataturk is a good airport but functioning with twice as many passengers it was built for. A new airport is needed and is not a luxury but a necessity. When the new Istanbul airport is built, Ataturk can be renovated, modernised and then re-opened to function at a smaller capacity.
Its chaotic, so we wait for the new one and as I know Ataturk will still be functional. Also right now they are expanding it with more gates.
Suhail Shafi yeah, Ataturk airport was built when there are nothing in Bakırköy, but since Turkey has very crude population growth, the Istanbul population also increase rapidly, they extend the city to Bakırköy, and now it's really contrast that Atatürk airport is really unextended, because it's already surrounded by houses, office and mall. So the newly airport under construction is really huge and they built it in the area where there are completely no houses, so if extension is needed, they can make it.

Atatürk airport needs some serious improvement..
Yes, it needs improvements, specially in the lower floor. But recently they opened the new gates. They are better, wider etc but far away.
A new and bigger airport is being built
We need that. It is supposed to be one of the largest airports in the world.
Same I had the same problem with wifi in Istanbul I put in my number but no password sent to me! :( they need to improve there wifi
I am not alone!!! ha ha ha Yeah they have to improve it. Specially when it is a transit airport outside of EU.
I think TK doesn't suite the A380. Personally I think the B747-8 would be good but the second deck is only the size of a 737 or smaller. Soon there has to be a perfect double decker plane for Tk
I think TK will decide after moving to the new airport. It's always a pleasure to see bigger planes flying :)
No order is confirmed for the moment, I will be very happy when I see a Turkish 787 :)

If you know that could you please send a link? Cause I can say Malev ordered 380s... Online, Aviation sites, News sites, Turkish Airlines they show nothing. I will be very even with the a350 cause I will fly them for sure!

If you mean business class, yes it is a normal business class in narrow body.

Istanbul Ataturk Airport was legendary. Hope we can see it return to its glorious days again...
Its Turkish coffee and not Greek/Turkish...
First of all it is Brazilian coffee, as about the product its almost the same with Greek. Turkish is stirred so you drink the grains that is unhealthy as all the coffees like espresso or filter filter the coffee and Greek traditional coffee leave the grains to fall in the bottom and create a separate sediment that is not consumed.
One of the few airlines that shows that is possible to give the passenger a good quality Business Class product in a one aisle plane , nice to c u visited my main hub DUS, is a beautiful airport. Very nice report.
Yeah, I've been almost satisfied from TK specially in their business product. DUS airport is also very nice. I have a few more business class reviews like A3. They offer a great product also, but no 2-2 configuration and no screens...
I see you are more a Star Alliance man , i am more a Oneworld one ,but now i am flying LH ,since Oneworld lost Air Berlin last year. Will be trying Qatar later this year for the first time, i heard and seen only good things about them.
Ha ha yeah, more Star Alliance :) It was a pity that Air Berlin closed. As about QR, yeah, its a great airline. I've flown twice, one video of a short flight is in my channel. I hope you will fly with the brand new A350-1000.
I can catch QR from Frankfurt or Berlin here in Germany , but i would like to fly the A380 so i most probably will fly to LHR and connect from there.

I think not, its just a new A321 with Winglets (or Sharklets as Airbus calls them). I think the A321 New Engine Options haven't been delivered yet.
