Tricky but satisfying when you get it.

What a different feel this practice is to the previous one-note scale runs! This 30-day sequence has been top-notch value!

Thanks much Adrian for your 30 day lesson sequence; great stuff. I bot your "Next Level" course and worked thru it; really helped me get the CAGED major and minor pentatonic scale shapes worked out. I'd recommend it .. great teacher.

Fantastic series! Amazing. Great teacher, one of my favourites of all. Thank you so much for your time and help. May I suggest a similar course about blues (major and minor penta) lessons and improvisation. I am 73 and still struggling with the guitar (I am primarily a jazz drummer), especially improvising the blues without sounding noodling. God bless. Cheers from Brazil! CB

Great lesson! A question about how these 6ths are used musically ... you note that the leading scale here is Dmaj as played along the b string. And imagine a tune where the melody is implemented with that scale. Does it work just as well to follow the same melody using these same notes, but with the melody being "led" on the d string? In that case, the b string is "following" a 3rd above? Alternatively, follow the Dmaj scale on the d string, but double stop on actual 6ths above that on one of strings 1,2,3? (Looks like the g string would work for that.). Is that interchangeable with driving the melody on the b string?
Any insight would be much appreciated!

    isn't today the 30th?
I feel like I lost a day somewhere. have we been a day off the whole time & I just noticed?

Yes, I did a Day 0 explainer video on the 1st, so everything's off by one day. If I do this again next year I'll try and make the lessons line up with the date!

@@acpg I guess I knew that & then lost track as the month went on.
which means most of the month, I didn't actually know what the date was, I guess.
Now that the month is nearly over, I'm paying attention again.
I appreciate the reply. and the Challenge.
