What's interesting is that, apparently, Phil Coulson is a unique character of the MCU and he only started appearing in the comics after his appearance in the movies

X-23 Did that. Was created for X-Men: Evolution and was such a good character and apart of Wolverines story and linage that she started appearing in comics and even was in the Logan movie.

Is it just me or whenever I see Thanos in a comic it makes it look like the MCU Thanos was a good, good guy? There's something about the drawings that makes him menacing and absolutely deserving of the "The Mad Titan" title.
Cuz in the comics he's waaaaaaay more evil

This reminds me why I prefer when adaptations are basically the comics becoming reality, like he or she literally jumped out of the paper, into reality, costume changes considered, as long as they're familiar, it's fine. A video like this that only includes raceswapped characters would feel like getting whiplash. May as well be different characters. Especially Shades and Mordo.

Sometimes the movies get it just right or better.
Should've used three Spideys. 90s darker Spidey for Tobey (although his Peter is much more like OG comics Peter), Ultimate Spidey for Andrew, and modern Spidey for Tom. I'd have used the shot where his suit has a blue glow along with the suit he had when he ran Parker Industries. And no Punisher or Daredevil?
Nah I say, Ultimate for Tobey. Amazing for Andrew and Spectacular for Tom.

@@yungshady4802 There's absolutely no way Tobey is Ultimate, have you read the Ultimate comics dude? Nothing like Tobey's. Not exactly like Andrew's either but he's the closest to it. His Electro is blue, his Goblin's appearance is a physical mutation rather than a suit, and his Venom appears to be made in a lab.
@@Captain_2nice Spectacular is more like Tom, especially his Shocker. The only two versions of Shocker where Montana was Shocker was Spectacular, and Homecoming, where he was killed and then Hector (traditional Shocker) became Shocker.

First apperance of Thanos in MCU was more similar to his comic book design than that in Infinity war/Endgame
yep and iv'e noticed how so many people have ignored this fact. especially in guardians of the galaxy. i hate how they removed the the curved shoulder plate , he was certainly comic accurate.

To be fair most of these characters got a hell of a glow up from comics to live action.

Probably should've used Wenwu from Shang-Chi for the movie version of Mandarin, since it was revealed that he was the actual Mandarin while Trevor Slattery was just an actor.
