You can buy everything on show here (if you have the money), but what really makes all the difference, is Lewin's hearing and personal judgement.

Dude! Gotta say, as a keyboard player who loves the sound of vintage equipment, I’m drooling over the Wurlitzer, Rhodes and Hammond M1! When I have the dough I’m def gonna pay to record at your studio! I mean it! ✌️

Hey Lewin, thanks for another great video! The mic cabinet in your room came from Ikea if I remember correctly from your comments in a past video. Can you share the info once more? I am building a new space an am considering something like that to keep my mic collection safely tucked away.

You are correct! It's an Ikea Cabinet! It's called a FABRIKÖR Glass-door cabinet

(I'd swap out the guitar hanging over the light switch in the entrance hall for something shorter though 😉)

Hi Lewin, I remember you having a pair of the iLoud Micro Monitors…..is there a specific reason you chose the MTMs over the micro monitors? (Perhaps the MTMs cover the same sonic range, but do it better?). Once upon a time I had the first version of that Presonus Monitor Station ( I believe you did as well), and the main volume knob ended up going bad….any chance you had the same thing happen? Btw, nice tune on this video. I dig it.

Awesome question! Real answer is I got proper acoustic treatment for my walls, so that allowed me to take advantage of the bigger monitors in general. Plus the MTM's a a notch up. The iLouds I still use a lot. But more for mobile recording and also just for general listening. They make GREAT outdoor bluetooth speakers in a pinch! Just don' leave them outside!
