@@h.r.a5480nick is not what she needs and nick doesn't need that either . She is inlove with another man and the only difference is Santiago doesn't believe in certain society constructs. Lily craves fairytale instead of just doing the work like her mom said. Ofcourse Santiago will marry her he just needed time to get there, but just getting married can't be your goal. That person should be the goal. She claim she wanted Santiago as her husband now all of sudden she wants nick as her husband. Notice Santiago doesn't just hook up with people and move on all the time like Lily because his love for her is actually pure. Lily is addicted to the ideals , she would get back with Michael if she could. She need to slow down and just be by herself for awhile
