    I'm sure you already know this, figured I would mention it for other smiths, if you quench the scroll before you shape it it reduces the chances you'll deform it when making your hoop.

    Yesterday I was gonna forge a knife but got distracted with my coal forge and put some wood that my brother trimmed of a tree and roasted a hot dog with it 😂

    Straight forward job ended up nicely, i have noticed a lot of people that buy these type of projects dont look at any flaws that we make make or leave on the project they want them because they are hand made and unique i believe we are our worst critics and sometimes alert the buyer to what we should have corrected and then they see our flaws.
