I remember accidentally discovering Touhou music thanks to Mabinogi (because people kept on playing 2hu songs on their instruments in the town square) and The Poltergeist Mansion (Chaosangel, KakashiMr, moomar). Fast forward to the present; now I end up trying to buy the albums instead because unlike my high school self in the past, I'm a working adult now with money and a degree.
I immediately remembered this song after clicking it. I too started following the Touhou doujin music scene (and Touhou in general) with metal/rock arranges such as this one. I would love if Dark PHOENIX made a comeback.
How many children does one have to sacrifice so Dark PHOENIX come back? I think it's ∞×∞. Well, ∞×∞ it'll be then! Jokes aside. They NEED to make a comeback. Goodest Touhou arrangements I've ever heard!

Wooow the nostalgia.... Arrow Realize was the very very first Touhou ful album I ever got (very soon followed by Arrow Revolver) and I'd listen to it all the time on the way to and from highschool ! That's quite the throw back, and this piece is always as awesome as ever~

I loved the song so much that I had to look up their album, which led to their Flowering Night concert, which led to hearing songs from other bands, which then led me to the game to hear the original song. I got hooked on the game and want to find out more about the characters and dove deep into the doujin scene and the rest is history... Well, I think I'll go listen to YU-MU right after this.

Well mind you this is Kaguya's boss theme and the whole of Imperishable Night, is inspired by the Japanese legend of the Moon Princess, also known as the The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter, sometimes called the legend of "Kaguya-hime" thus Princess Kaguya.
