as a first person pov hater, i actually dont think ive heard anyone say they hate third person pov before! my jaw DROPPED hahaha
Yeah I see a lot of booktubers hating on third person pov but I personally prefer it over first person pov 😂
omg you two look so similar! the face and mannerisms. The main difference is that Olivia has lighter hair.
its so funny because we didn’t look alike at all as kids, but the older we get the more similar we look!
@storieswithgeorgiamarie well, grew up to be twins!
I was thinking exactly the same thing.
31:45 “i’m pretty sure that’s just homophobia” 💀🤣 screaaaming hahaha
Oooh this is such a fun idea! I (straight) will have to try this with my (lesbian) sister, we’re both avid readers and always looking for a way to find new and interesting books.
I loved this video's concept!! I hope you do a part 2 someday
My sister and I either watch the same media or we rant/rave stuff to each other about media the other won't consume. So I love seeing you two read each other's books. My sister doesn't read much anymore, so i can't get her to read my books lol.
damn me being so in love with delilah i can’t believe your sister didn’t like her hahahaha
I loved this and for me it's the honesty on both sides that make this particular video so interesting. It shows how much being able to relate personally affects our view perspective on any book we read and that's also reflected in the way the book lender reacts when her own favourite character comes under fire!
I think I read Last Night at the Telegraph Club all in one night. I definitely remember racing to get the book from the school library before my then girlfriend got it because I knew I was a faster reader than her
omg ive been watching your true crime channel for yearrrs and had no idea abt this channel, will be binging all your vids 😭🩵
that was an amazing idea! now i have to read all 4! would love another one!
i feel like i always comment the same thing on your videos but i would love a second part to this!
one’s gay and reads a lot of gay books, the other is straight and reads a lot of straight books. i’m ace and i read everything, mainly rainbow mafia, because straight is at the bottom of the list lol
have you heard of Dear Wendy by Ann Zhao? it has ace/lesbian mcs. I haven't read it yet, it's on my tbr so I dunno what the writing is like
@ i haven’t heard of it, thank you for the rec. it will go to my endless tbr haha
I‘m ace too and I mainly read queer books
Loved this video! So interesting to watch and I love hearing the different perspectives, really shows how we read and take things differently - so interesting! It’s inspired me to do the same with my sister :)
Congrats on your wedding!!
I still need to read Telegraph Club, this made me want to read it soon!
hey i didnt like Deliliah as a character either, and im a lesbian lol btw loved this video! so much fun
Same, I really struggled reading Delilah Greene because I found her so annoying initially. I had to put the book down for a bit because I was getting so frustrated. I definitely think she gets better at the end, and I like her in the sequels, but the beginning was hard to get through ngl.
I'm getting Last Night at the Telegraph Club and its sequel soon.
I get what you mean about the crack in Magnolia Parks. There are just media where I don't like the characters, but I just want to see their nonsense drama.
NEW GEORGIA VIDEO???? YAYYY HYPE!!!!!!!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
after seeing the video: so cool to see the difference of point of view of each one of you! Love the video 🥰
Love olivia, nice to meet her!
Really fun idea! I recently finished LNATTC but listened to it in audiobook form and it helped me to get into it. I did find it took me a minute to get into it though. Glad to hear Kath and Lily stay together and appear in the next book though as I felt the ending was a little rushed/flat to me?
And I’ve already read Delilah but really want to listen to it as an audiobook too as a cosy, familiar book to listen to. I might try Just for the Summer but the sound of Magnolia Parks doesn’t appeal to me at all!
Also how the heck does your sister read so quickly! I can’t read for more than an hour or so without wanting to go do something else 😂
this was great, it would be nice to see another video of you two or you and other people like maybe a wife book swap??
Loved this! You should deffo do this again. I really enjoyed hearing your opinions. My nominations are any haley cass book (on the same page I reckon would be a good option) and then 7 husbands.
I love this idea!
really fun video!
Thank you 🤗
Oh, as a bisexual, I'd love to be you girls' little sister and read books with you.😇💙
I've barely started this video but I already have so much fun watching it!
Aww fun!! We love supportive sisters 🥰
(Greetings from a fellow Liv!!)
I need to get just for the summer
Hi, Georgia!! I wanted to ask if you read "More than a best friend"? It's about two girls who have to get the prince to marry them but fall in love with each other instead... Just wanted to ask your opinion if you read it
