Towel Drying with curly hair is a bad thing. It should be air dried, pat dried with a microfibre towel or use a hair diffuser attachment on a hair dryer.

what helps me too and I highly recommend is dry ur hair with a t shirt instead of the towel because it just strips the oils off.
